१९ माघको शाही घोषणा र राजाको गुणगानमा दोहोरी गाएर आफूलाई 'राष्ट्रवादी पत्रकार' भनाउने रामप्रसाद खनाल 'राष्ट्रवाद' का नाममा आफ्ना ताइ न तुइका गीतको क्यासेट र सिडी बेच्न लागेको रहस्य हिमाल खबरपत्रिका ले फेला पारेको छ । २८ वैशाख २०६२ मा खनालले स्थानीय विकास मन्त्री खड्गबहादुर जिसीलाई 'राजा, जनता र साँचो प्रजातन्त्र' नामक क्यासेट, सीडी र भीसीडी 'अधिराज्यका सबै गाविस, नगरपालिका र जिविसमा पुर्‍याउने गरी खरीद गरिदिन' निवेदन दिएका थिए । मन्त्री जिसीले पनि तत्कालै 'उल्लिखित माग उपयुक्त देखिएको हुँदा आवश्यक कारबाही गर्नुहुन' भनेर सचिवलाई तोक लगाएका छन् (हे. पत्र) । मन्त्री जिसीले यस्तो तोक लगाउनु उनको बाध्यता थियो किनकि यो निवेदनको बोधार्थ राजदरबारलाई पनि दिइएको छ । ती क्यासेट, सीडी र भीसीडीमा गीत/सङ्गीतको मर्म छँदैछैन, दलहरू माथि गरिएका भद्दा गाली र दरबारको चरम चाकडीको कर्कश स्वर मात्रै छ ।


खनालको योजना अनुसार ५८ वटा नगरपालिकालाई २० का दरले ११६० वटा, ७५ जिविसलाई १५ वटाका दरले ११२५ र ३९१६ गाविसलाई ९ वटाका दरले ३७०४४ गरी जम्मा ४०३२९ क्यासेट र त्यति नै सीडी खरीद गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको छ । सबै गाविस, नपा र जिविसका लागि स्थानीय विकास मन्त्रालयले नै खरीद गरिदिनुपर्ने खनालको प्रस्ताव छ । मन्त्रालयले तत्कालै सबै जिविसलाई क्यासेट खरीद गरिदिन पत्र लेखेपछि जिविसहरूले पनि गाविसलाई पत्र लेखेका छन् । १७ जेठ २०६२ मा धनकुटा जिविसले खनालको त्यो क्यासेट, सीडी, भीसीडी खरीद गर्न सबै गाविसलाई लेखेको पत्र हिमाल सँग सुरक्षित छ ।

If you guys don't know, this guy is also involved in smuggling and human trafficking for sometime. I know three people he brought to the US by charging 20 lakhs each. The trick is that he finds these customers and makes a group of so-called artists, and then requests somebody in Japan, Europe, US to invite them for dohori and like. Once in foreign soil, he dumps them all and returns for another trip. You have to deposit 20 lakhs in his bank account before he can include your name. Maybe he has increased his fee now.
This guy had no money even to buy a bicycle when he studied in Butwal in 2044-46. He sold Modnath Prashrit's books and Prashrit gave him some money to study. He tried to take some advantage during UML's 9-month government, but because Pradip Nepal didn't include this youngman in Ghatna ra bichaar he somehow got close to darbariya mafia. Ever since he kisses asses of a couple of govt. secretaries and mandales. Main business is smuggling--human, animals, and other stuff. He can't get caught because he has this profession of dohori and journalism to show and darbariya connection to protect. In Paras's bhraman to Pokhara few months ago, Paras wanted to cough in teh middle of a boring dohori and Ram Prasad spread his hand for Paras who coughed and spit in his hand. Why wouldn't he? He has two bangalos in kathmandu, one house in Butwal, a car, shares in banks and finance companies. Dhannya prabho,Paras for protecting his ass.

RP got 20 lakh from the girl's father who is a rich guy in Butwal-kathmandu, a businessman but wanted to get his daughter away from the first husband because the husband who was in teh army captain at the time of marriage got mad. A good prey for RP. There are similar cases involving RP.

But how can you do that? He certainly deserves that, but the problem is he is just a dog and there are masters like Sharat Chandra Shah and Paras Shah. Anyway, beginning with this would be a good start. Way to go. I have some freinds in his negihborhood, don't know what they think, but I'm going to ask them to spread the word in the neighborhood. He should know that people know what he is doing!!! Or is that too much? Maybe if some of you have somebody in Butwal and Gulmi make sure they know about this case and spread it around. So I see, one of mine friends wanted to come the the US and I think maybe this is the man who asked her 20 lakh cash and told her that he would drop her in the US land but won't gurantee a job. It was dashai time and I was traveling on my bike from pkh to ktm. In the Malekhku, I took lunch with macha. I saw this guy ( Ram Prasad ) and his family ( may be ) also taking lunch.
