Best Band-- 1974AD ( The best band from Nepal I have heard so far ) Uglyz??? Just becos the lead singer is handsome does not make them a good band !!! Komal Timro- I don't fully understand this song so can any kind soul do a vague translation. Sabin Rai definenelty has a good vocal for rock song.

To me, I find Babin Pradhan has a very weak voice. But I do like Jhal Jhali Samghana and Jhari Parki ko Din.

Best band............. undoubtedly 1974 AD. I. Best Lyrics: They don't just stick to deurali, ukaali, oraali, bhanjyaang and chautaari in their lyrics. They have patriotic songs......"jaso gara, j bhana, jataa sukai laijaau malai", songs for humanity ...."baacha ani baachana deu", they have songs reflecting contemporary situations ...."Chyangba and the bloody revolution". And what about love songs??? ohhhhhhhh....exceptionals...."kahiley kahiley timilaai", "samjhi baschu", "pahilo junima", "chudaina timro mayaley", "baru malai", "hija maatra" ........ II. 2 outstanding vocalists III. Variation in music: Unlike other bands and/or artists who like to stick with one style of music, 1974 experiments with music. They have the capability to do so. Just listen to "nowhere to go", "mutu bharee bharee sametiney cha sabaiko maya", "deurali bhanjyang taree aaera yahaa", "bar blues".......... each song stand with its own different yet exceptional music.
