Is there anyone from IAAS Rampur Campus here in Washington DC metro area ?

I don't know Narayan Khanal but I know Narayan Kuwar, Matter of fact I just spoke with him last week. I also know Kala Nidhi . I'm in touch with him as well. I can list few more but list will be preety long.
