Little diversion from the thread started by prajatantra, since there is a mentioning of current chief. From some local newspapers, I came to know that this guy is as corrupt as his predecessors. e.g. the partial reason for change in army's outfit (which now somewhat resembles more like maoists) was due to a contract between him and the garment suppliers (so that he can guzzle up some dough while changing the dressing code). This is just a simple instance of his works. I am not advocating for the politicians, but I wonder as compared to the cases filed against the politicians, how many corruption related cases or prosecutions have we seen for army or police chiefs in the history of Nepal?
