आयोगका पदाधिकारीहरुले राजिनामा दिएको जानकारी दिन आयोजना गरेको पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा सार्वजिक गरेको प्रतिवेदनमा सरकारकी ठेक्कापट्टाहरुमा मजदुरहरुको दुर्घटना बिमा गराउने नियम लागु गराउन समेत सिफारिस गरेको छ।

अछामको मंगलसेन आक्रमण गरि भागेका माअ‍ोवादी छापामारहरुको खोजतलासमा हिडेको सेनाले २०५८ साल फागुन १२ गते एक बालक सहित कोटवाडा विमानास्थलमा निर्माणकमा कार्य संलग्न ३७ जना मजदुरको हत्या भएको थियो। सो घटनामा विमानास्थल निर्माण गर्न घादिङ जोगीमाराबाट कोटवाडा पुगेका एकै गाउँका २१ जनाको हत्या भएको थियो।

I think Mihila nani has not declined the allegation to RNA. He just wanted to say that crimes at the similar levels are committed by Maoists too.
