For a site that is depending on money donated by Nepalis outside of Nepal, mysansar.com has the guts to call bad names to Nepalis living outside of Nepal and trying to do their best from afar. Granted that Umesh did not write it but giving it a place in his blog is a mistake

(यस लेखको आशय विदेशिनु भएका सबै महानुभावहरूको चित्त दु:खाउने होइन। यो‍ नेपालमा विस्तारै विकसित शान्तिप्रकृया भाँड्न उद्दत नेपालभित्रका केही नेपाली तथा केही ‘भगौडा’ नेपालीहरूतर्फ मात्र केन्द्रित छ।)

नेपाली जनताले निकास खोजिरहेका छन् र देश तथा राजनीति यसै दिशातर्फ अगाडि पनि बढिरहेको छ तर, नेपाल भित्र रहेका तथा केही नेपाली ‘भगौडा’हरूलाई यो चित्त बुझिरहेको छैन। उनीहरूलाई नेपाली जनता अझ मरे हुन्थ्यो भन्‍ने लागिरहेको छ। शायद बाबु-बाजेदेखि जनताको रगतमा होली खेल्ने बानी लागेकाहरूलाई वर्तमान शान्ति मन परेको छैन। जनताको रगत-पसिना बगेको नदेखेसम्म उनीहरूला‌ई खाएको पच्दैन र निद्रा लाग्दैन होला त्यसैले त जनताले शान्तिको अनुभव गरेको उनीहरूलाई मन परिरहेको छैन र जनताको रगत नबगेकोमा उनीहरूमा छटपटि बढेकोछ तथा नेपाली जनताले केही हदसम्म पाएको सुख-शान्तिसँग चिढिएका छन्।

मानिसहरू राष्ट्रियताका ठूला-ठूला कुरा गर्छन्। अझ विदेशतिर भासिने‍हरू त आफूभन्दा ठूलो राष्ट्रवादी कोही नभएको दावी गर्छन्। अमेरिका वा बेलायत बस्नेहरू उनीहरूभन्दा ठूला प्रजातन्त्रवादी कोही नभएको दाबी गर्छन्। मानौं, उनीहरू बुस वा ब्लेयरका खाँटी प्रतिनिधि नै हुन्। कोरिया वा इराकको जस्तो जनतालाई मारेर मात्र बच्ने राष्ट्रियता हामीलाई चाहिएको छैन। बुसले भनेजस्तै वा नेपालबाट भागेका भगुवाहरूको जमातले खोजे जस्तै जनता मर्ने प्रजातन्त्र पनि हामीलाई चाहिएको हैन। हामीलाई जनता नमर्ने र नमारिने प्रजातन्त्र चाहिएको छ, राष्ट्रियता चाहिएको छ। जनता नभएको देशको कुनै अर्थ छैन। राष्ट्रियता भनेको त्यो देशको ‘जनता’ हो। जनता सुरक्षित वा सुखी छन् भने त्यहाँको राष्ट्रियता बलियो छ र त्यहाँ राज्यको अस्तित्व रहेछ भनेर मान्‍नु पर्छ। कुनै सिमाना वा राजनीतिक विभाजनले मात्र राष्ट्रियताको निर्धारण गर्दैन। यदि जनता नै असुरक्षित (कानुनी तथा अन्य तवरले) छन् र खाने, लाउने तथा बस्ने आधारभुत आवश्यकताबाट बञ्चित छन् भने त्यहाँ राष्ट्रियताको कुनै अर्थ छैन। त्यहाँ प्रजातन्त्रको कुनै अर्थ छैन। दशौंलाख नेपालीहरू भारत तथा अरब मुलुकमा जानुभएको छ। वहाँहरू मध्ये अधिकांश वाध्यताले विदेशिनु भएको छ। यसरी वाध्यतावश रोजी-रोटीका लागि विदेशीनीहरूको राष्ट्रियतामाथि शंका गर्नु हुँदैन तर कुनै वाध्यता विना विदेशिने र १२ वर्ष पछि नेपाली जनताले पाएको केही सुखद क्षणलाई भाँड्न तत्पर हुनेहरूको राष्ट्रियतामाथि भने शंका गर्नु नै पर्छ र जनता मार्न अमेरिकी वा वेलायती सरकारलाई उक्साउनेहरूलाई ‘राष्ट्रघाती’ नै भन्‍नुपर्छ।

मलाई लाग्छ नेपालमै जन्मे पनि विदेश बसेर राष्ट्रवादी वा प्रजातन्त्रवादी भ‌ई टोपल्नेहरू भन्दा मेरो आमालाई गोली लाग्दा पानी दिने र हस्पिटल पुर्‍याउने विदेशी नागरिकहरू मेरा नजिकका र मेरा आफन्त हुन्। कम्तिमा उनीहरूले मानवीयता बुझेका छन्, हामीहरूको पिडा देखेका छन् र हामीहरूको घाउमा मल्हम लगाएका छन्। दाजु-भाइ मारिदाँ सँगै बसेर रोइदिने, मलामी गइदिने तथा काजकृया गर्दा सघाइदिने नै मेरा लागि आफन्त हुन् र उनीहरूले नै नेपाल बुझेका छन् र युद्धको त्रासदी बुझेका छन्। त्यसैले विदेश बसेर युद्धका बेला नेपाली जनतालाई गाली गर्नेहरू भन्दा गाउँमा भोकमरि लाग्दा बम, बारूद र गोलीको पर्वाह नगरी चिउरा, भुजा, भेली, फलफुल तथा सब्जी पुर्‍याइदिने मेरा मधेशका दाजुहरू नै मेरा लागि प्रिय छन्, मेरा आफन्त हुन् र वास्तविक नेपाली हुन् वा गोली लागेर मेरा दाजुभाइहरू छट्पटिदा नाफा खाएरै भए पनि औषधि दिने भारतीय व्यापारीहरू नै मेरा लागि जरूरी छन्, प्रिय छन् र थिए। नेपाली भाषा बोल्दैमा र नेपालमा जन्मदैमा राष्ट्रवादी भइदैन भन्‍ने कुरा बुझ्न जरूरी छ। जनता मरिरहँदा र देश जलिरहँदा भागेर हिड्ने भगुवाहरूले शान्तितर्फ अग्रसर भइरहेको देशलाई किन भाँड्न खोजिरहेका छन्? विदेशमा बसेर नेपालीहरूले गरेको निर्णयमाथि किन औंला उठाउँदैछन्? हामीहरू बाँच्न चाहिरहेका छौं, हामीलाई मार्ने कोशिस नगरियोस्। हामीलाई इराक वा अफगानिस्तान बनाउने कोशिस नगरियोस्। हामीले रोप्न खोजेको शान्तिको विउलाई मास्ने प्रयास नगरियोस्। होइन भने त माओवादी मात्र होइन नेपाली सेना र प्रहरी पनि तिम्रा विरूद्धमा उत्रनै पर्छ। आजसम्म एकअर्काका विरूद्धमा प्रयोग भएका हतियारलाई एकैठाउँ राखेर तिम्रा विरूद्धमा जाइ लाग्नै पर्छ। हामीलाई कुनै सेना मार्नु छैन, हामीलाई कुनै प्रहरी मार्नु छैन न त हामीलाई कुनै माओवादी नै मार्नु छ। हामीलाई आफ्नै जनता मारेर आउने प्रजातन्त्र चाहिएको नै होइन। हामीलाई आफ्नै जनतालाई पिडा दिएर, जनताको रगतमाथि होली खेलेर वा जनताको अधिकार खोसेर सुरक्षित हुने राष्ट्रियता पनि चाहिएको होइन।

नेपालीहरूको भाग्य निर्धारण नेपालमा बस्ने नेपालीहरूले नै गर्नेछन् जसरी विगतमा गरेका थिए। सबै कुराहरू जनता केन्द्रित हुनुपर्छ। बहुसंख्यक जनताले बाँच्न पाउनु पर्छ। जनताको रगतमाथि होली खेलिनु हुँदैन र जनताहरू मारिनु हुँदैन। बहुसंख्यक जनताले चाहेको हुनु पर्छ वा उनीहरूले खोजेको कुरा पाउनु पर्छ र उनीहरूको सुखका लागि राज्य वा राजनीतिक पार्टी लाग्नुपर्छ। को सत्तामा आउने वा नआउने भन्‍ने कुरा नेपाली जनताले निर्धारण गर्ने कुरा हो। कसैलाई यदि माओवादीहरू आतंकवादी नै हुन् भन्ने लाग्छ र उनीहरू सत्तामा जानु हुँदैन भन्‍ने लाग्छ भने नेपाल आएर आवाज उठाए हुन्छ। संविधान सभाको चुनावमा भाग लिएर उनीहरूलाई हराए हुन्छ, होइन भने नेपाली जनताले उनीहरूलाई विश्वास गर्छन् र उनीहरूलाई जिताउँछन् भने यसका विरूद्धमा बुस वा ब्लेयरलाई पुकार्नुको कुनै अर्थ छैन। राष्ट्रियता वा प्रजातन्त्रका कुरा गर्नेहरूले नेपालमै बसेर माओवादी वा अन्य कुनै शक्तिका विरूद्धमा पनि मोर्चा सम्हाले हुन्छ, होइन भने विदेशी मुलुकका नागरिक वा विदेशी सरकारलाई नेपाली जनताको चाहनाका विरूद्धमा उकास्नुको कुनै अर्थ छैन।

मानिसहरू राष्ट्रियताका ठूला-ठूला कुरा गर्छन्। अझ विदेशतिर भासिने‍हरू त आफूभन्दा ठूलो राष्ट्रवादी कोही नभएको दावी गर्छन्। अमेरिका वा बेलायत बस्नेहरू उनीहरूभन्दा ठूला प्रजातन्त्रवादी कोही नभएको दाबी गर्छन्।

I think there is no harm posting this article in MySansar.com. So far, Mr. Umesh has not received monthly deduction from anybody's account. He has run his blog collecting donations-- and I wonder if somebody has donated twice to his bog. Mr. Deepak Aryal has pointed out a hidden Nepalese population, mainly very influencial pro-monarchy personalities currently living in UK and USA.
This is what I understood from his article.

he is right guys, people in nepal have more rights to decide on the future of nepal than us, living outside. They faced the hardship, trauma of war, they have felt it more, so it is in the interest of the country as a whole that they decide for their life. However, the writer's delibrate views about the patriotism of the nepalese living outside nepal is insulting. People, living outside nepal, don't forget the country where they were born, where they spent their most of their young age, and where their parents and family members live.

I think to some extent the writer is correct. I didnt hear a single voice against those who presented the letter to Bush saying Nepal is no more capable of solving its own problems, and now they want US to interfere and get hold of the situation.
I dont think there was even a single post about it in Sajha either. We should have spoken against those persons, before people in Nepal question on all our intention. Even after the Kings move, there were lots of rallies going on in US in favour of the king.
So I think that such a reaction wasa bound to come sooner or later.

Once Neplai come to US, they just start hating communists without analyzing anything. To me, I dont have any problem with Communists as long as they dont kill people and do good for the country and people. Just because you have a greencard in US doesnt mean that you can ask US to interfere your country. That was a real shame to all those professors and doctors and all those ill-educated bloody egoists.

Kudos to Deepak for that. I hate that guy called Umesh's attitude lately towards the King ( earlier it was within limit, but recently he seems to be seeking cheap popularity just by going against King), but I really loved this one.

Actually I dont see any problem in this article though there is biasness and poor srcutinization by the writer.

But I was shocked to read by one crap minded guy called Pushpa Munakarmi about "Prithvi Narayan Shah ko lukeko Itihas" citing one crap French writer who is probably from Christian missionary and is angry about Prithvi N. Shah. How this guy let this thing to publish in his article??

The guy who is running this cite tries to make his site Chatpate so that DV class people, refugees in Europe, aware Nepalese labourers in Gulf or few of us who always sit in front of computer and want to see all the time whats happening in Nepal.

His journalism is quite like Sandhyakalin style, just chatpate...he has followed a guideline by one professional blogger. He tells u one day some thing and tell you that he will tell or show about it (or video) later...so you always remain curious and wait for that...and clcik his site several times..so that number of his visitor increases....clever and cunning guy....doing business on people's sentiment!!

For all you Nepali career oriented people I just suggest, work and read the thing that makes you go ahead in your career and life. Dont go whole day for news and such crap things. Just one hour reading news by authenitc newspapers from Nepal in the morning or in the evening is enough...!!! Best wishes to you all....avoid such scraps!!!!

I agree with you Nepal??.

I dont think its good to go against all the kings since Prithvi Narayan. We dont want monarchy, because these is a whole bunch of people along with Kind who want to misuse it. Monarchy isnt about the king only. Its about the whole family, relatives and parties close to Monarchy.

I want Repblic but I dont want to go against any King of the past in particular. We should learn to anslyze the good and bad sides before we start generating harted against Prithvi Narayan.

The very basic, fundamental, rudimentary - can I be more redundant? - fact is that mysansar.com is a blog. Let me repeat that:

www.mysansar.com is a blog.

That means, whatever the author of that blog site wants to post, he can. There is no journalistic strings attached to him.

Furthermore, it is not true that mysansar.com is being funded by Nepalis in America. Those who want to give, can give. Those who don't want to bother, don't. Umesh-ji le kehi kar gareko cha jasto lagdaina.

So, if you don't like what he has in HIS blog site, then, write a letter to him. He might consider your letter. Or he might not. Again, kehi kar chaina.

Fact is, as Umesh has plainly said in website, if you do not like what you see in www.mysansar.com, then don't read it.

I just did not like the broad generalization of Nepalis living abroad thats all.
