Assuming you are Party President of multiple times, Mr. GP Koirala, then how would you run a political party, Nepali Congress, without corruptions, smugglings and protection to criminals ?

selling rivers were not by choice. The policies of Nepal are not written in the foot hills of Himalayas, its made in the halls of New Delhi, so you have no choice but act to the interest of New Delhi or remain out of power. I dont think there is easy answer, do you have one ? All the top leaders and post are in the mercy of India.
