What is so great about Gagan Thapa? I do not understand. Yes, he is a youth leader and represented nicely put the democracy back on track in April Uprising. That's fine. But, the same thing was done by many youths. Imagine, Gagan Thapa was not a student of Siddartha Banasthali (I hope I am not wrong.), and was grew up somewhere, say Jumla, studied there and took part in Democratic movement in Jumla, then, would anyone have time to care???

Gagan Thapa is also another congressi. That's it. Yes, he is slightly progressive and talked so much against monarchy and became famous. What more credentials he has? Nothing more.

So, is there any special reason to go gaga over Gagan?

Gagan is also another corrupt person. Thula thula kura garera matra hudaina. Those who have seen the student union elections will know how he is.

Gagan thapa is a good speaker and so does Kamal Thapa.

hahahah  Since we all think highly of noone else but ourselves, why don't all Nepalese peeps vote for themselves this election?  Lets all be netas!  HAHAHAH   Damn, we all talk as if nobody is fit to rule the nation as we see friggin flaws in everything.  Listen dudes, the point here is not what we want and desire but to choose for the lesser evil.  This Thapa guy seems like what Nepal needs at this hour as compared to those fuggers who go by the names of: Girija, Prachanday, Deuba and whazuzname!!

Get enlightened peeps and find out the sublime proof that corruption is an integral part of Nepali politics.

I went to school with him same class , know him well, his family too. He is just another loser who couldnot do anything and went to politics. His brother pawan is a good man  and studied well.

The whole NETA  thing is a  crap, I recall during 2001-2002 he used to take money from schools as donation and kept in his pockets. I know beacuse our company used to look after few school's Software system and the account told us that they provide money to him.

Let me clear something here, he is one of those who sounds progressive but does otherwise.

1.     Just because he is from Banasthali, does not make him competent.

2.      He is looser as far as education is concerned; he joined institute of engineering in electronics in 2050 ( not BE , just in diploma), but could not study. Because IOE is not a kind of school where you can survive just doing politics and hall gulla gunda gardhi. Then he left IOE and join TC, where you have such leverage to do politics and still can be a student. SO WHERE DO YOU THIN HE IS COMPITENT?

3.      Then after he joined TC, just to continue his politics, he joined law campus but got ZERO degree, from TC also he got ZERO degree. SO WHERE DO YOU THIN HE IS COMPITENT?

4.      Selling a “ BHASAN” is one thing, but when it comes to your work and competency he is no far than ZERO. What else he has said except talking against monarchy? GIVE me in a, b , c , d what else he talked about providing education, health, increasing employment opportunities, mobilizing youth for development, bringing talented youth in a proper place?  SO WHY IN A HELL SHALL I CARE SHIT LEADER LIKE HIM?

 

GUYS, you have seen the world and experienced the hardship too..so at least be wise and follow those leaders who talks pragmatic, not a vague thing. We need somebody who would talk about education, health, job opportunities, economy, infrastructure and on..NOT a people like GAGAN or PRACHANDA who talks the same way…

I do not know if the fellow has seen the hardship of jumla, humla, mugu, kaliko, khotang, panchthar, sankhuwashaba, taplejung terathum and so on..What they need is mere ROAD ACESS..not your BHASAN. ...boy who has not contributed a penny to the poor is barking loud....ghunda ra lathet lai chunab jitna paisa kwako jasto hoina ....

Guys if you think Gagan is not the man, then who do you think is the man? Is Ananata (Barsha Maan Pun) maoist central leader of Kathmandu is he the man for our country.
By the way for your information Gagan was in Amrit Science College initially and dropped his first year and went to TC college he passed his ISC with more than 65 %. I know because my older brother is friend of his.
He is from a very good family too compared to other leaders. He is originally from Solukhumbu but he lives in ghattekulo. He has got four brothers two of them are engineers and one doctor. Doctor brother is in USA doing his residency. His older brother Pawan scored 94 % in his Masters Programme from Pulchwok campus and got a gold medal that year from TU for overall highest % scored from TU.
I think he is the man and most latented man in Nepal politics these days. His writings are great too i have read his few articles in BBC and some in Kantipur daily in Nepal. Tell me any contemporary leaders of his generation who can wright such a good english in BBC today. If you are not a gunda and do politics in Nepal you will be killed any day. He was underground all the time during the great movement few years back. Think if you are underground and if you do not have friends who are there to help you, then what will happen, so in order to protect yourself you have to have a gunda's backing you up right otherwise you will be killed.
The great girija prasad koirala kicked him out from his post of NSU adhchhya citing the danger if he his given to climb up in the party at this pace all the koirala's will be distroyed. Gangan is the Man go Gagan go we are all with you.

Even if everything people are saying is true about him, i would vote for GAGAN just on one ground - He is young and not afraid to speak. I have listened to his interview about not wanted King in the country and how he was logical and a very good speaker. He has a great future.

You made me laugh bro, you stated as if you shared bed  with him. FYI, go get and unfold the list of Diploma in Electronics engg, 2050 dropout then you will know..and unfortunately for you,  I was in the same class. Poor you and your knowledge. And what his brother or father has achieved is immaterial to what he is doing or has done. His father I guess was overseer and worked in bagmati river project during congress rule. You should ask people who worked there about the corruption too. I am not blaming.

Now, Tell me what he has done so noticiably except bhasan? did he launch any movement against corruption? NO Did he pick any shoevels to unearth the road in jumla or humla? NO. Did he campaign youth for job oppurtunites ? NO Did he ever talked about health, poverty, infrastructre development, education? NO. If so under what  basis he qualifies? He is just amongst the same people and it is poor people like you who think him as a different. I will support anyone when they will speak crucial issues such as health, poverty, education and so on. I refrain from the people who just advocate some sort of " Tantra" or other..

Btw, do not believe me, call gagan why did he left IOE in 2050, because IOE ko chaur ma ganja khayera hostel ma halla garera assighment arkako chorera pulchok ma pass garna garo cha! TC ma sajilo cha! you n your leader ha ha ha And law ko entrance ma side ko manche ko copy tanera ma gagan thapa ho bujis bhanera poor fellow ko copy garera law ma nam nikale ko ni hoina.
