I believe the counting starts tomorrow morning. The process, from what I understand (and this might vary from district to district depending on a number of factors) is for all the candidates and their party representatives to meet with the local election officials in that area at 9 AM NST tomorrow. Following this, the counting will commence in the presence of these representatives and security officials. I could be wrong but that was what I heard when I called up Nepal earlier today.
