First you need to sit your girlfriend down and tell her how you feel about her and tell her you understand she may feel that her friends are trying to help her out but she needs to talk to you before jumping to conclusions. Let her know that it's hurting you that she goes with what they say before listening to you. With your friend...well tell him how its making you feel also you need to express your feelings so he knows. He probably has no idea that you are feeling this way. Let him know that you really love this girl and that you want to try to work things out with her and you think its great that he helps her out but your scared that she may fall for him again.
