In my opinion, you don't need to be US citizen to be interested in US politics. Yes, you don't have to be interested, but if you are, it just means that you like being aware of what is going around you. Plus, like it or not, who the next occupant of White House matters to not just the US but also to the world.
"Kaag lai bel pakyo, harsha na bismaath" bhanney comment chai is probably more appropriate for those who are not interested (nothing wrong with that) or plain old ignorant (something is wrong with that).
I for one will be glued to TV from 6:30pm onwards on Nov. 4th. Chances are, we will know Obama is the new president by 8:30pm.

Planning an 'Election Party' at my place. With CNN on TV after work friends will be coming over and there's going to be beer and pizza.
To me it's like watching the super bowl :-)

Yes, me too, with the "best political team on TV" throughout the day and night! :) I love the team!
The poll closes at 7 PM in VA; so I think we will know fairly early that Obama will win if he does win VA. The trend in VA may also reflect to some of the reddest states like Montana and North Dakota.
My wildest dream would be AZ for Obama. I know it might just be a wishful thinking. Anyways, can't wait until tomorrow night!!!

i wish i could vote! since i can't i'll just make a wish...and hope obama wins. somewhere someone said," big minds talk abt issues, little mind talk abt ppl." or something similar.... it's belittling how mccain campaign is tagging obama as everything from socialists to a terrorist.... crossing my fingers...hoping the bigger mind wins here

As I am staying in US I am a part of US election.
I like Obama's plan and all thing. I watched the 30 min ad of Obama also which is also preety gud. But only thing is that he is black.
I asked my white american manager whom he is would vote. He said "I am american, I love america that's why I would vote Mccain."
I think its a war between two america one White America and another Immagrant and black america. And till the result came we can't say whom gonna win this race.
