How long does it take to get I485 approved in most of the cases?

When you receive the EAD, did it have the photo that you sent with 485 package (I sent 4 photos) or the one from Biometric? For me, it was from the biometric.

I received my EAD even before I received biometrics notice.

Yes Sajha Keto, me and my wife's EAD has photos that we sent for I485.

That is what I was expecting. Looks like most of the people have same pic that they sent in I-485. Not sure why they put biometric one for me.
Also, they haven't approved my wife's AP though she already went back to Nepal after fingerprint. Not sure if that is the reason

@Sajha keto - which service center? Also no interview for both you and your better half? Mine was received on 11.17.16 by NSC. What do you think could mine be anytime soon?

it was TSC. no interviews for both of us. She came here in H4 last year. She already went back after biometric. Even my friend did not have any interviews. Looks like NSC is slower than TSC . I hope you will hear some updates soon. Good luck!!!

I was in OPT when I started my PERM process (i.e. PWD & advertisement). However, While filing the PERM, I was in TPS status. So basically I was in TPS when I started this whole EB3 GC process. I hope this answer your question. Congrats @ Sajha_keto !!

Hurry , My 140 got approved finally today. Had filed in PP on Feb1 got RFE and then approved week after the reply.

Guys, i saw someone saying they went for early walk in fingerprint. Is that really okay? Did anyone called in first to check availability or just walked in and got it done? And how early can we go?

From my understanding F2A is current, the timline after filing the 485 depends on service center, I would say around 4-10 months.

I went early walk in as my wife was traveling back to Nepal. We directly went there. We had to wait ~10 min. I think it depends on which location you visit as well. I heard some people dont entertain for early walkin.

if you call, most of the time they will say that they are occupied.Still, there is no harm calling them

I (primary applicant) got my EAD after like 80 days of receipt notice of I-765. My wife's I-765 is still pending for 125 days. Is it common ? Anyone of you has this kind of situation. Applied I-485, EB2, NSC on October 31, 2016. Please share.
