Is your asylum case pending in office or immigration court? Has asylum officer or IJ denied your case? There are two ways you can travel:

1. Pending asylum: You can only apply under humanitarian grounds like family emergency; someone in family is seriously ill or passed away.

2. TPS: If you have been granted TPS; apply for travel document called advance parole. You can purely travel for vacation with TPS; no need to have any emergency to travel.
