Excellent . actually i had cracked until Til, Badam and dhaniya and it was similar . lets see adding ginger and lapsi powder . Glad to find another person who is equally intersted . thanks for the video . by the way please delete the last part of that testing guy . haluwa ma baluwa lol

शुक्रबार बिहानै यस्तो भिडियो हेरियो, घुटुक्क निलियो :)
बरु खैरो / कालो तीलको स्वाद एभरेस्टसंग मिल्दोजुल्दो होला कि? बोक्रा हटाएको सेतो तीलको स्वाद जति गरे पनि एकदमै बेस्वाद गुलियो-गुलियो किसिमको हुन्छ।
अर्को कुरा, "exact same taste as Everest" त भन्नुभयो, तर चिकेनको किमाबाट त्यो स्वाद निकाल्न सम्भव छैन जस्तो लाग्छ। १५% बोसो भएको पोर्क वा बिफमा अलिकति lard वा खसीको बोसो थप्दा किमाको स्वाद राँगोसंग करिब-करिब मिल्दोजुल्दो भएको अनुभब भयो.
एभरेस्ट म म नै हालसालै पनि खानुभएको कोहि सेफ हुनुहुन्छ भने त्यताबाट केहि गतिलो रेसिपी आउने थियो कि? धन्यबाद!

@Pepsi: Thank you so much for your kind words. My sister who is in Nepal went to Everest recently and found out that they actually use white teel these days but I am sure if you have Silam, you can it as well. @AdrainDajju, that looks so delish, thanks for sharing.

I was also a big fan of their Momo. Before that, there used to be a couple of Momo shops in Mahaboudha (near Bir Hospital) equally famous for its tase. In my opinion, Everest Momo is popular because of its achar, so I don't think they will reveal the actual ingredients of this achar to anyone. If you are successful in a business because of a secret strategy, would you disclose that secret publicly? Other factors that can affect the test are (but not limited to) brand of the ingredients you buy, its right proportion, timings while adding them etc. Just my opinion.
