Dear I-765 Applicant: Our records indicate that you have re-registered for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under your country designation, applied for a Form I-766, Employment Authorization Document (EAD), and your EAD renewal application is pending. Unless your TPS has been withdrawn or your request for TPS has been denied, you continue to have TPS and employment authorization. We intend to issue you a new EAD with the corresponding expiration date under your country designation if your application is approved. However, because your EAD renewal application is still pending, we are automatically extending your existing EAD through March 9, 2025. If your EAD with category A12 or C19 has one of the following expiration dates, your EAD is automatically extended through March 9, 2025: Nov. 2, 2017 • Jan. 5, 2018 March 9, 2018 • June 24, 2018 July 5, 2018 • Nov. 2, 2018 • Jan. 5, 2019 • April 2, 2019 • June 24, 2019 • Sept. 9, 2019 Jan. 2, 2020 • Jan. 5, 2020 • March 24, 2020 • Jan. 24, 2021 • Oct. 4, 2021 • Dec. 31, 2022 . June 30, 2024 This NOTICE OF CONTINUED EVIDENCE OF WORK AUTHORIZATION provides an automatic extension of your EAD through March 9, 2025. You may show your EAD with category A12 or C19 and one of the expiration dates listed above, along with this notice, as proof of continued employment authorization through March 9, 2025, to U.S. employers and benefit and license granting agencies.

@s001 thank you @sampurna do you mind sharing what your notice says? Since you haven't applied for re registration yet, I'm curious how yours is worded. Thanks.

It tells me our records indicates that you have not yet re registered for tps under your country designation. If u do not re register properly with in a registration period USCIS may withdraw your tps and related documents. To reregistwr dor tps ……etc etc … Are you in a same boat like me ??

My ead says 01/04/2022 and in notice it's says Jan 24, 2022. Again another problem USCIS created. Don't know what to do in this point.

@ sampurna but it says on your notice that the expiration of your card has been extended to March 2025 right? Just want to confirm. I applied for re registration and EAD just a few days ago. My EAD also has an expiration of Jan 4 2024. I haven't received the extension notice yet. P.s I think the issue with typos is that employers may not feel comfortable with it. @s001: I'm going to show the notice to my employer. If they point out the discrepancy in the dates, I will tell them it's just a typo. If they don't accept it, I will just give them a copy of my older EAD which should also auto extend per this notice.
Edit: just realized I only have one TPS EAD. Will just have to convince my employer that it's just a typo and e-verify will work.

@sajhabus Thank you. This typo is giving me anxiety. Why USCIS have to do all this drama, like last time why they didn't publish FRN and auto extend all the EADs. It cost time and money to send all the individual mails and USPS is not efficient that everyone will get mail on time. Don't know what Biden Administration is trying to do. It's easy to cross border illegally and get papers, they get expedited service. FIY: I am not a Trumper either.

@s001 uscis is garbage. Hopefully they will announce an amendment to clarify the typos. Yes, I'm also wondering why they wouldn't just do it through an frn like always.
