Dear Rajeev, Have a passion in your grand design to be the next President of GAA. Have a lust to be a great Ninja Haku Night Combatative COMPETITOR to win your good and able opponent. I shall bless you six MAHA SAKTIS of managing six leadership styles. Your theme should be based on BING-FA or the Chinese art of war games. I shall term them your JUDO STRATEGY to beat the shit out of your able opponent and he is a great novice in learning Chinese language and cultural. He may even have visited the GREAT WALL and GREAT SHAOLIN MONASTRY. In my judo strategy towin him "When pushed you pull him and when pulled you push him." let the gravity of mother earth work against your noble opponent. If you use the same principle you will always land softly in case he tries to use maha sumo push to pull or pull to push antics. Good luck and have a ever soft landing as your muma earth will always protect you from maha harm and you have perfromed well. I will again pray for you to have the great Barada and Mokshada mahasaktis that liberated the water logged Katmandu valley and was given by the GREAT CHINESE visitor Monk from the Little Goose Pagoda. Use these six leadership styles on need basis. In other words, be flexible and you willbe meritorious in your VICTORY. Use the themes for protecting the environment too as it is close to mother earth. The leader's modus operandi being coercive allows him to demad immediate compliance. the style in a phrase is "Do what i tell you." The underlying emotional intelligence competencies are to drive to achieve, intiative and self-contro. This style works best in a crisis, to kick start a turnaround, or with problem employees. Overall impact on climate is NEGATIVE. The leader's modus operandi being authoritative allows to mobilize people oward a vision. The style in a phrase is "Come with me." The underlying emotional competencies are self-confidence, empathy, change catalyst. this style works best when changes require a new vision, or when a clear directionis needed. The overall impact on climate is mostly and strongly positive. The affiliative leadership creates harmony and builds emotional bonds. "People come first." Empathy, building relationships and communications. To heal rifts in a team or to motivate people during stressful circumstances. Positive. Democratic leaders are forging consensus through participation. "What do you think." Collaboration, team leadership and communication. To build buy-in or consensus, or to get input from valuable employees. Positive. The Pacesettingleaders set high standards for performance. "Do as I do, now." They have conscientiousness, drive to achieve, and have initiatives too. this style is to get quick resultsfrom a highly motivated and competent team. The effect is negative. the coaching leaders develop people for the fuure. "Try this." They develop others and have empathy and self-awareness. This allows to help an employee improve performance or develop long-term strengths. The implication of this style is positive. Good luck Rajeev.

There is ample proof beyond reasonable doubt based on the mutual experiences of my clas friends like Prem nath and Suraj Nath Aryal, Dr. Deepak Pant, who was in south Australia and he has spoken about it to Mr. Deepak Bista and others in the Australian Nepalese Community. A report prepared by Anthropologist of Adelaide University, John Mellowship and through me he did research about Royal Kumari and Newar Nytatapole and Thayaphus exoteric rituals of festivity, his friend Dr. Jacques Metzer, Applied Social Psychologist did a research on Moran and go to http://www.austlii.edu.au and type the names Dr. Carmine De Pasquale and you will come with two cases of Mr. R v. Commonwealth of Australia and SAN v. COMCARE From these ongoing cases a reasonable minded person will deductively infer about my life problems from deviant white men be they Father Moran or Mike Prossor of The Save The Children Fund (UK) to Australian Army. I just attract the wrong men in the disguise of fatherly figure. They tell me that I am very attractive and then it is not my fault. I mean that growing up as a son of a General and of links to the famous Malla family did not help me. My mum is nee Malla and her sisters all married to very prominent people. Yes, also linked to Paras. That is why I do not like Nepal and Nepalese people for their fatalistic look in life. Rest is history and I try to do things so that others will not suffer like me based on my innocence. I left Nepal when I was just twenty and do not have intention toreturn there as it is. I do not need sympathy from you. If you are human then have empathy for my passion for a grand design to protect Children all over and be a classic combatant like Zorba out of my lust to win over the evil all over. That is my vision, mission intent, goal, objetives, strategies, tactics and operations. What do you have in life? What basis of knowledge management do you have? Sow an act an reap a habit, sow a habit and reap a chracter, sow a characte and have a wonderful destiny like my-self that is full of bliss and enchatment. GROW and lead life and live life. That is my blessing to you.r

Nepal_tara Ji, If I am not mistaken, you are the same person that was at loggerheads with another so called heavyweight @ Sajha a year or so ago. I had pleasure to read your posts then, and I have the pleasure of reading your posts as of now. Keep it up! Re: Rajeev, I don't know the person at all. All I see upon googling is that he did his studies from India. Correct me on this? Also, throw some light on Rajeev's background. What does he aspire to be? What is he going to achieve in the years as president of GAA and such? Re:Mgmt, to me management is not an exact science but it is rather an art. Art, if you will, is a rather abstract form. Kasso! I happen to see that lots of HBS things have been cited in your postings ranging from leadership, organizational behavior, strategy, and so on. I do happen to have a healthy collections of those stuff and I have learned plentiful out of it, or atleast I think so. Cheers! Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika

As for the love of strange doctor "but for" his love for himself in strangling hiself perhaps in erotica love and doctoring himself for exotica love. then perhaps the Cuckoos will give him electric shock for his mental orgasm.

Nepal_Tara ji, thanks for you kind sentiments. On Dr Strange, I have had an occasion @ Sajha where I almost concluded that he is more of a character disorder. I say so based on experiencing the racial deformity he happens to own. BTW are you Down Under? So long! Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika

Rajeevji, Are you by chance related to Rauniyars of Hotel KT of indra howk a very long time ago. If not that is okay. Otherwise, one of the youngest son of that Hotet KT was my best buddy. His family always treated me with the best Moti Chur Ladoo and fabulous Pedas. Just because I create Schumpeterian creative disruption in terms of innovation diecrt diffusion, most Nepes who are conservatives living in the dark ages hate me for being a radical free thinker. Why? They are afraid of change. Thus, I am bad, mad and sad. Those like you who know that life is not science and the art of living is the abstracts. That means we have to make fine choices through our intelligence for our best performance of our life from the unknown. Thus, self-management is planning, leading, motivatiing, organising, coordinating and controlling. That I think you know it well Rajeev. Keep it up. Good luck to you as Mahavir Bardhaman found it at Mt. Abu that let all the creepy crawlies also must exist side by side with us in this soujourn of life.

Nepal Tara Ji, Yeap I am related to those Rauniyars. And for that matter that includes famous Honey/sony duet. If I am not mistaken you are taking about Darshan Rauniyar who is here somewhere in Seattle working for Micro___t. Being a radical thinker is not an easy job. YOU know it and I know it too. Tara ages ago when Socrates and others did the same, they went thru the phase that you and I will have to go. The difference being in time, the modes remains preety much the same. Truthfully speaking, I am mad and bad too. But then not sad. I kinda figured out how to deal with mundane life after numerous setbacks. As I stand here right now, I tell myself luck is a lazy man's wish. You create your destiny and you ride it big. That is how you live each new day in your life. And last but the not the least, this life as a whole will not be so colorful if everybody starts thinking alike. Intelligence has been bestowed to man to explore things that other have not. As we strive towards having a better understanding of ourselves and people around us, we find that life is so very beautiful. But then brids of feather flocks together hai na ra? Rauniyar, racial deformity? Whatever that means, pleeezz! Gimme a break, willya! Your Rupak from Toledo is a good buddy of mine, ok. I don't subscribe to any racial, ethnic superiority or inferiority. Capish? Nepal Tara, where did your Mamali Mallas and being a son a general come into play in the erstwhile topic of GAA elections? Shanta K Malla, your mama, I presume.

Dear Dr Strange, knowing Rupak or for that matter other Rauniyars as such does not mean nothing to me. .What is your point? Somehow my last name appears so coz I was born in a certain family at a certian place. That is all. No more elaboration is needed on that kasoo? I make my own opinions about people. No second hand stuff per se. And if you remember it correctly, you know what I mean. But that was in the past. I trust that you have mended your ways, or atleast have gotten over being spontaneous on stuff just like that. KAPISH? Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika ps if you still want proof of the pudding, we shall provide one hai ta!

Rajeevji, Lots of fantastic memories of Sony_Honey duet comes alive. Great to hear from a great family. We were all radical at stx and full of mischiefs. Not that I have changed a bit as that child is lives on. Are those lovely duet the same? M-----SOFT....Hey, the great the basket case has hit the jack pot of life and say taaaaa for me. Keeping on the debate between Plato and Aristotle is not easy as who ever wins the argument controls the destiny of humanity's reality and whatever that is! Plato said individuality is the basis of democracy and democracy brings innovation through freedom. Nepe mentality is collectivism and it stifles innovation that is the essence of Shumpeterian creative destruction and it is disruptive as CHANGE appears and humanity is not comfortable with it. Read the stupid novel by AmJap Professor called ýnd of History." See ya soon and take care R_R like Rolls Royce of R family. hehehehehehehehe!

Nepal Tara ji, thanks much for kind words on my ancestory. Unlike you, I did not goto STX. But then, my entire family graduated from STX. Most of them go back to Godavari days. MY late father was a proud Xavarien from late '60s who stood first of the first in his SLC board. His brother stood third of the first class 7 years later from the same school. My last visit back home made be revisit all those framed pics from old Xavier days. I in all humility would like to donate those preicious stuff to Rajeev Pradahn jyu, if his GAA hall some space on the wall to hang it. Honey/Sony Di are taken. *smile* you know the saying that when you go to parking lots, the best spots are already taken. H ahaha. Yeah Darshan Dai has done us all proud. He is a senior manager on marketing side of Gate's stuff. We could talk endless on innovation. Truly, freedom and individuality has given human mankind a lots. You and I saw that in our days. Will grab the suggested piece of book in my spare time. Are you into GARY HAMEL? ani kai ko Rolls Royce, hunu ni? ha hha... just a simple Hero chaap cycle I am. hahha . Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika

Rajiv Bhai, I have not had chance to see the book that you have mentioned while I am still reading Harry Potter book ha ha ha ha.... Sony and Honey know what I am talking about in terms of the dark secrets and favorite boys of the late founder of stx. Sounds like stx up your jumper in deviant way. What area of management are you involved in? About your cuz being inside Gate's blue circle is just incredible and honor for Nepal and thats what I mean R_R achievement. The other garibjanata wants to know my relationship with Shata Kumar Malla. Look I am not maternally related to this Magar Malla. By con job he married sister of Lok Bhakta Rana named Tani and who topped her SLC. If you may want to know then I am actually related to my Mama from Hotel Malla fame and his sister is married to my uncle Himalaya Rana of Himalaya Bank. I stand alsone for what I do and I like what Rajiv had to say to the Strangest Doc with no love. It is kind of late and I have to go to bed. TATA and wish me luck as you wave me goodbye....

You mean srijana Rana ne malla, mamta thapa ne malla's family? "If you may want to know then I am actually related to my Mama from Hotel Malla fame and his sister is married to my uncle Himalaya Rana of Himalaya Bank. " What a confusing statement. You are hotel malla's malik's nephew whose sis is married to your uncle Himalaya S. Am I correct? So his other sis is your mom? CONFUSION... Anyway who cares about these relations of yours. Nobody gives a hoot to these people anymore, SIRE. And, who is this Himalaya Shumsher?- sambdhi of Surya Bahadur Thapa? Pakistani agent? I know he was in Pakistan for a couple of years working for the UN, but I didn't realize that much of earning would be enough to open a bank. Anyway we all know where the money came from. Lastly, Indira Aunt is the sweetest lady I've met. She and her hubby look a great couple even after almost 4 decades of married life. So why talk nonsense about their private life. If Shanta K is a magar does it make him a lower person than if he were a so-called thakuri malla?

Garibjanta, lots of stuff that you posted are more "Arabic" in language to me. So I don't understand your setntiments locally. Tara, I see that we are talking about some top-stuff in Nepal, or atleast so it exists. My true understanding upon reading some "Legitmacy" from Nepal Tara ji , is that, he aint' got nothing to do with what you are talking here. Nonetheless, talking about Himalayan bank, I understand that there is guy called Sanjaya Shrestha, with whom I have played some cricket, and who is a Harvard grad, currently pursuing Wharton studies, happens to be at that bank at his leisure. My question would be how is all this corelated? Cheers! Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika

Garibjanata or whatever, Why ask questions? Why get connected? Why rejections? And so many whys? I cannot answer peoples' and relatives' material and spiritual possessions. If you have questions about that ask them. You have problems with me ask with me and get a answer that you may like it or do not like it. Got the message and the picture. Stop defaming people and I can tell you the diffrence between Thakuri and Magar and Newar Mallas. My statement was meant to be riddle and if you did not understand then thet is your problem. Chia.
