If I were to read the KOL article and if a girl were to state a list of such demands and expectations in the real life, then I have no choice but to say that it is a very faulty and gross advertizement and marketing strategy on the part of the girl which will most likely turn off most of most the guys. If I were to meet such a girl I will certainly ask for the same level of great personal qualities, personality, and achievements from such a girl just to be "fair and resonable".
