Nepal?s envoy to US Shrestha warns NDYC president KOL Report KATHMANDU, July 14 - Royal Nepalese envoy to US, Kedar Bhakta Shrestha reportedly warned Ananda Bista, president of Nepalese Democratic Youth Council (NDYC) in the USA, for condemning the royal move of Feb.1. ?Finally, he warned me to stop all such activities,? said Bista in an e-mail to The Kathmandu Post, reported Post Thursday. Bista was warned after he presented a paper in Dallas recently condemning the King?s ?autocratic? rule in Nepal. Bista in his paper had said, ?Nowhere in the world does a king play the role of a prime minister in a constitutional monarchy as King Gyanendra has done in chairing the council of ministers.? Tell him to have a chest of Naroddam Sinhanuk and come to the election, let Paras be the King if he thinks he has the mandate to rule the country.
