Have any DV winners got decent job in USA? I see most of DV winners landing in Gas station or restaurant jobs. This makes me feel jealous because they have no degree , no good experience and they are permanent resident of USA!!!!! But some of our friends have good education, decent job, and ample of experience and they still have to worry about their status.
Why doesn't US Government pass a bill that allows only masters or PHD eligible for DV? I know it is a possible brain drain for a country like Nepal, but at least this helps possible डेक्‍ची driver to flock to USA.

hmm....i am jealous but that doesn't mean i am unlucky ke or was born unlucky! as a matter of fact i consider myself so much luckier than those people who get DV ke cause they might have DV but they don't really have the brains to even use what they have! so i don't think i would like to get a dv anymore anyways cause just being classified to that group of people would be a discrimination to me ke! :)

dv holders come to america for economic oppurtunuties. can you blame them for trying to escape the horrific situtions in their homelands and trying to be more secure and well off by coming to the states? if u were in thier situation, wouldn't u have done the same?

There are many good people who won DV and are doing better than some of the people who have been here for more than a decade.

DV winner hav achived a lot and earned money, but dont forget that how hard they hav worked. Indian restaurant owner dont just giv them about $500 a week - they hav to work 10hrs a day or more.
