well then it is the fault of procecution of not getting or bringing the needed evidence.

Why put blame of those politcians..blame on the procecution and demand or pressure them to work harder to bring and present the needed evidence to secure conviction.

If you are so concerened ...why you did not help the procecution in their effort in proving their case.....

You and many other people like you simply watched and did nothing to help the case of procecution..and now you are upset about the outcome.

You and people like you simply demand things to happen in the ways you want but you do nothing or make no contribution to make it happen...

As i said earlier in other thread, there has been a radical structual change in Nepali politics. But, it will take a while to change other things.

I am not questioning the verdict of special court, but it needs to get scrutinized for a second view.....

I meant to say that some people have been taking advantage of our rudimentary systems of the state.... It is not good for any promotion or patronage of such cases by anyone in the society.

Every innocent people will get clean cheat in a court of law...

Its crystal clear, the system in Nepal not only allow bribery, it is encouraging to take bribe by showing bribery is the most profitable legal bussiness.

I think Govinda R. Joshi and Khum B Khadka are some of the worst and most corrupted politicians. I don't know about the latter, but I know about GRJ; he started as a school teacher in Manechauka and eventually became the minister of education...and then "rataa raat karodpati!"

I will give you a very small example. Khum Bahadur started building a house in Kathmandu when he was a minister during Girija cabinet. Then, NC lost the elections and UML came to power... And suddenly, the construction stopped. When he became a minister again under Deuba, the construction resumed... I dont find this a coincidence.... Well, I believe that's merely 1% of bhrastachar he did...

If political parties needs fund, there must be a mechanism to get them a proportionate resource allocation based on voting win,

OR,

allow them in some kind of capital campaigns...

this way, it can lower individual corruption level

If you had an evidence..well, then where the hell were you when you had a chance to provide evidence to the procecution or what stopped you from doing so. The procecution could have presented such an evidence to the court during the trail in court.

OR

If you were a witness (by chance) of such a corrouption the procecution could have helped secure conviction by presenting you and your testimony in court during the trial.


Well, you dont want to provide material evidence of alleaged wrongdoing (by these politicians) but you want the court ruling to be in a way you would like to see.

You are posting comments against these innocent men in the way just like those Republican candidates put out those nasty and personal attack ads on TV against their opponents during the weeks before US mid-term elections.
