nepali language is rich when it comes to some words - anukaranatmak ani thegos...

what's your favorite thego? do you use any quite often?

i don't have inclination to any particular one neither do i use any very often, but i do like when others say these, especially women :P

The one I remember most is from the late Sarbamanya Ganesh Man Singh - "aaa .. mane" :P

SNDY - Yeah, they are called onomatopoetic words in English e.g buzz, cuckoo, boom etc. I heard from someone who had studies languages extensively that very few languages come close to Nepali when it comes to the extensive use of "anukaranatmak" words - so we are pretty unique there to some extent.

When he said that he actually meant this:

aaa.....Maaa...ChiK.......ne Girja Babu.

"Tuppi tanera" - There used to be this funny pandit in some NTV drama who used to repeat those two words after every sentence.
