So what I called the the "himalayan kid" a retard? He is just that. I could have called him even worse, I could have said Hes a murderer, and that will equally be true.

However I am not here to pick on the kid per se, even though I have no empathy for him.

I am here because this "swath" named samsara seem to be verbally abusing people on the other thread, and theres simply no need to engage with him.

Iv lived in NY before and know the place quite well..   First everyone that lives nearby know that 3rd Avenue downtown is and has always been a deathtrap for pedestrians -- you simply CANNOT cross it against the light even at 4am, and certainly not without looking. So was it her own fault? No, the other driver was also at fault... But she could have avoided it with a little attention to her own safety... 

just some weeks ago a bus ran over someone and the person died.. u cannot just cross the street when u feel like.. look before u cross... some ppl think that they can walk everywhere anytime.
