Dear Sajhabasi, I am extermely upset by this news that my hajurbua, Kabi Bharat Raj Panta is no more. I missed him badly. He sent me a hand-written letter and his books which make me feel he is around. I am in school and working on-campus. I am not able to go campus. Moreover, I want to go back Nepal. Any suggestions?

Death is a kind but painful event. However, most people fear it. But actually, death is the beginning of something new. Your grandfather's soul has completed its task for which it came. Now its time to move on. Its actually another beginning.

My grandmother use to tell me this phrase..."THIS TOO WILL PASS." Its a phrase that is to be used at all times in your life. When things are spectacularly dreaful; when things are absolutely appaling; when everything is superb and wonderful and marvellous and happy - say these four words to yourself.

They will give you a sense of perspective and help you also to make the most of what is good and be stoical about what is bad.
