People keep asking why Nepali people keep going to foreign countries for jobs instead of working in Nepal. IT IS BECAUSE NEPALI GOVT IS NOT ACCOMODATING THEM. WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO INTRODUCE NEW IDEAS TO THEM. THEY KEEP SAYING THIS NOT EUROPE, THIS NOT AMERICA. UNTIL THIS OLD FARTS CHANGE THEIR MENTALITY NEPAL WILL SUFFER AN INTELLECTUAL DRAINAGE. JUST TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT INDIA AND CHINA, WHY ARE THEY THE FASTEST GROWING NATIONS IN THE WORLD ? AND IS NEPAL BEING SANDWICHED BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RAKE IN ANY OF THE BENEFITS ? CAUSE OUR COUNTRY AND ITS GREEDY POLITICIANS ARE TOO BUSY FILLING THEIR POCKETS INSTEAD OF THINKING ABOUT NEPAL'S FUTURE.

Nepalis suffer from bheda mentality is clear from this example. Because of one comedian's bad sense of humor, you cannot denounce the whole indian population. Get over it.

Grgdai, I do not know what is your background but before commenting on serious matter please do research, Google is there. It is not the one comedian bad sense of humor I can point you some of the examples 1. Nehru- Himalaya is the northern border of India, a world class leader should know Himalaya belongs to Nepal also and saying that will give wrong signal.( 2. BP has written in his autobiography that before Falgun 7, 2007, there was a meeting between king Tribhuvan, BP, Sardar Patel (home minister of India at that time) and Nehru in the meeting Mr. Patel proposed a merger of Nepal in India King Tribhuvn and offered King Tribhuvan life long governor of the state Nepal. 3. 1950s treaty of Ill intention 4. Koshi, Gandaki treaty 5. Buddha was born in India (propaganda) 6. When I was kid I read in an Indian book questions and answers like this: Where is mount Everest? the answer was south of India. There are so many instances where Indians not respecting their neighbors. 7. Few yrs back Madhuri Dixt said Nepal is a part of India( although I don't blame her but I blame Indian education system where they don't teach students about their neighbors). This type of education problem is with most of Indians. I was invited to celebrate Indian independence day, one of the Indian ( from Bombay, who had masters degree in Industrial Chemistry) asked me when is the Nepalese Independence day? I don't wanted to destroy the fun of celebration so I told him that Instead of Independence day we have Democracy day. There are many many example of this type, it is not possible to list here so let me borrow some Indian proverb "dudh ka jala chach bhi phuk kar pita hai" and in the same way you said, we can say "Indians have bheda mentality just because some Nepalese worked as watchman they think all Nepalese are only good for watchman. I do not know what type of mentality you have but I will chose to comment on the cause rather than saying bad word (bheda) to Nepalis. Remember few months back that SRK was stopped in airport for checking ( which was normal procedure) and most of the Indians took it as a prestige issue. So better call them bheda mentality instated calling Nepali as having bheda mentality I respect your opinion but please do some research before posting comments. and for Sactown You should understand how sensitives is the relation between two countries. you can shout at yourself, you can say F word to yourself but if your neighbor does that to you it is a matter of argument and sometime even fight, That is what happens in real life most of the time.Same here, yes we have weakness and we can talk that among ourselves and neighbors also can talk within the limit BUT it is not the matter of making fun. Civilized world doesn't accept that only ignorant do.

I second my opinion with __ Did you listen at the end this racist saying the word 'racism'? Perhaps, he won't understand the word until/unless he becomes the victim of one. Indians are racists by nature. They're the most backward people on earth. What can you expect from the people like this who still believe in human sacrifice? Following is the todays news of human sacrifice in India and they're infiltrating Nepal these days. They really don't see the buffalo in their shoulders but keep on looking for ants on others.
Mr. Grgdai, before accusing us of being of sheep mentality, ask anyone who has studied or travelled locally (not only by plane) in India especially those nepalese not resembling indian faces.
See the evidence of indian racism:
See this chief minister of north eastern Indian state accusing other indians of being racist, specially the remarks about him resembling 'Nepali' and being the victim of racism. and see the RACIST indians denying it and letting him to withdraw his words:
Following is the video barring the northeastern indian girl to enter southeastern club.
Following is the link for their hatreds (even murders) towards blacks.
Don't forget Prashant tamang being accused of Chaukidar and I don't think he has ever got a single break from bollywood.

_____ I respect your passion and patriotism but let me give you an example. Let's say Conan O'Brian makes fun of mexicans. Now is it a plausible thing to bring up how 1. US government treats mexican unfairly 2. Kennedy was harsh on mexican border issues 3. George bush senior compared mexicans to indians 4. Mexican comedians based in US make fun of mexicans My point is that whatever was said was the misgivings of that particular comedian. Let's not politicize it.

Tamanglakola Siddhartha Gautam was born in Lumbini but his knowledge 'buddha' was born in Gaya. In any case I don't want to base my national pride on an ambiguous thing like historic national boundaries. Nepal didn't even exist at that time. Are we Nepalis so pathetic that we have to base our national pride on someone who was born 3 thousand years ago when Nepal didn't even exist and a mass of rock called mount everest that we had no hand in building? As far as I know the only thing we can be proud of is the fact that we were born in Nepal and for me that is good enough to be proud of. Instead we can be proud of achievement by Nepalis all over the globe - but wait you want to pull their legs and bring them down while relying on the inanimate mt everest and the long dead buddha to boost your bruised ego. For all that matters, if you think about it siddhartha gautam was an astute person, he had good marketing skills and leadership back in the time when anyone would follow anyone who could speak 10 sentences that made sense. His teachings show a lot of knowledge which are based on the obvious which you could have figured out on your own but maybe never put into words. This is basic reality but his teachings have made a profound effect all over the world and he has a lot of followers all over practicing different schools and off shoots of buddhism. Buddha never called himself a god but the bheda mentalities of the mass wants to find a god in their clueless and mundane lives. Fighting over where he was born ready to burn down buildings and inflicts harm onto others which is against his teachings and philosophy. If it was upto himself he would have handed it to the needy in a silver platter just like he handed over his food to the needy whenever he came across any. I think it's time to grow up and follow his teachings. By the way I'm a buddhist.
