sajhamitra, i never open a thread saying apply for asylum or go for it. i just suggest people who want to do it. and of course i dont fell guilty for that. i m not suggesting som1 to rob !!
for ur info i am not assylee yet i dont know about after a year i finish my study and look for job.
if you have other option (h1, merriage, eb1-2-3-4) go for it. if ur parents want u to come back home (nepal), go back. but for those who has no option like madeinnepal, asylum is one way out. this is land of oppertunity there is always an option.
and believe me i love uncle Sam ; there is no way i go against him.
