Who's your next president 2016?

pollcode.com free polls

We've known Hillary for long time, her charity works towards numerous other humanitarian issues etc.
1. She gave and delivered a kickass commencement speech at Wellesley College in 1969.
2. She was one of 27 women who graduated from Yale Law School in 1973, out of a class of 235.
3. She was the only woman on the Nixon impeachment investigation team.
4. She cofounded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families advocacy group.
5. She broke the mold for first ladies with her speech at the 1995 United Nations Women's Conference in China.
6. She won a Grammy for the audio edition of her book, It Takes a Village.
7. She worked with Ted Kennedy to expand the Children's Health Insurance Program.
8. She won the most votes of any female presidential candidate in history.
9. She set the stage for Obamacare by pushing health care reform in the '90s and during the 2008 campaign.
10. She became the most-traveled U.S. secretary of state ever.
11. She set into motion the first American talks with Iran since the 1979 revolution.

Now who is Bernie Sanders, I don't know, I really don't know and to me he popped up suddenly out of nowhere. If you are partaking in a match, there has to be someone to compete with. I believe any contenders to Hillary are just those out there just for the sake of it(match aka debate). And for someone like me when I saw him suddenly on TV saying that he's getting donation for his campaign not from billionaires but public. People paid standing ovation with round of applause, so? so what's the point? Does that make him saint? But to lot of people that made sense and now he's everyone's' talk of the night. Yes, there are things that make lot of sense to people. The same people who would believe they're getting free Ipad on some fake facebook page of real publication, the same people who follow Trump the maniac, the same fans who would like/share tweets of their drughigh fav singer who claims earth is flat, the same people who resend/retext/reshare religious messages out of fear(do this or curse would happen type), the same people who argues Ron Paul's gold theory must come back in action, the same people who believe and sell all their belongings in the name of judgment day only to turn into homeless next day, seriously I sometimes think how gullible we are to think whatever we hear and see are the truths. Bernie Sanders is another hype to me. Few videos on youtube found me the guy was a big time critique of democratic party itself, and didn't spare Obama policy from criticizing. I am afraid of sweet talkers and often time they're the back stabbers.

In all honesty, I really can't trust this Bernie dude and it seems like how honestly he's saying his things, Hillary is the way to go. Campaigns can't be run without money, however way you get it, you need money. He'll be in billionaire's pocket too if he's to get presidency. Those who think he's not going to be, are just type of people I mentioned in a paragraph above this.

If you are OBAMA supporters, VOTE for Hillary, if you are not VOTE for bernie.

Good Luck.

I'm seeing Hillary Clinton as the next president of the United States of America.

Sanders should apologize to Hillary for running a dirty campaign. He should also apologize to the young naive folks that he's got donating to his campaign when he knows it's not mathematically possible for him to win.

Sanders has continually swiped Clinton as the candidate of big money, including in a statement released Friday a couple hours after the pro-Clinton super PACs announced their huge haul. It boasted that “Bernie Sanders’ raised no money last year for a super PAC.”

Sanders “doesn’t want billionaires’ money. He doesn’t have a super PAC. He believes you can’t fix a rigged economy by taking part in the corrupt campaign finance system in which politicians take unlimited sums of money from Wall Street and other powerful special interests and then pretend it doesn’t influence them.

But, according to the super PAC’s FEC filing, almost all of the PAC’s cash flow came in the second half of last year ― and every dime of it came from the union itself. The super PAC, National Nurses United for Patient Protection, is affiliated with the nation’s largest union of registered nurses, National Nurses United, and its members have been a near-constant presence at Sanders’ rallies.National Nurses United for Patient Protection, spent $1.3 million in the second half of the year, including donations totaling nearly $400,000 to a pair of other unlimited-spending groups supporting Sanders ― the California-based Progressive Kick received $245,000 and the Chicago-based Reclaim Chicago got $150,000. Most of the direct spending by National Nurses United for Patient Protection went towards ads, rallies and other voter outreach associated with a bus tour supporting Sanders, according to the report.

Neo:
Bittertruth you said "Bernie must have some loopholes or some other names for him to be able to get these donations."
So everything you are so emotional about and defending is based on your assumption that there must be a loop hole!
LOL I cannot argue with your assumptions like i have said in the past :)

That was just my skepticism. Guess what? He was indeed abusing loopholes.

ADLF FILES COMPLAINT AGAINST BERNIE SANDERS, NATIONAL NURSES UNITED AND PROGRESSIVE KICK

The American Democracy Legal Fund has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Bernie 2016 and Susan Jackson its Treasurer, in her official capacity; National Nurses United for Patient Protection and Martha Kuhl its Treasurer, in her official capacity; and Progressive Kick Independent Expenditures and Joshua Grossman its Treasurer, in his official capacity, for violating the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.

Progressive Kick is operating a project using a name that the FEC and a federal court have established is illegal: “People for Bernie.”  Additionally, the website for “People for Bernie” does not contain the proper required disclaimer.   Further, according to publicly available reports filed by the Respondents with the Commission and information in the media, Respondents appear to have engaged in illegal coordination.  Lastly, NNU appears to be hiding the ultimate payee of some of its independent expenditure expenses in violation of the law.

The complaint is available below and in full with exhibits here. The American Democracy Legal Fund holds candidates for office accountable for possible ethics and/or legal violations. It was established by David Brock and is run by Brad Woodhouse.

Follow the Money: How Bernie Sanders' Campaign is One Giant Con on the American People

A love of money is the root of all evil.

We see it time and time again. It's what drives the capitalist system that we have here in the United States. Companies are founded upon the business model of how to maximize profit. This unfortunately leads to multiple issues such as cutting corners while hiring, paying female employees less than men, ignoring environmental regulations, discouraging the unionization of workers, and using financial loopholes, both legal and illegal, to avoid paying taxes and stashing profits overseas. Money is seen as part of an individual's social status as well. The nicer the car, the fancier the home, the more exotic the vacation are the more respect the person or family in question feels entitled to. Meeting a significant other's family for the first time, the very first question a person will be asked is what he or she does for a living. That response and subsequent first impression it provides can very well endear a person to or receive scorn from a family based on how successful they view that career to be.

On the flip side, a lack of money can drive people to despair. Those that struggle to make money are often forced into dire situations as not everyone has a close friend or family member they can rely on in times of need. A lack of money due to poor financial management or losing a job can ruin lives. People end up on the streets, doing anything they can to survive. Some sell drugs. Others turn to prostitution or crime. There are those that spend their days panhandling, hoping that a stranger walking by will be kind enough to provide them with enough money to eat for the day. For people who have fallen on hard times financially, they yearn for any opportunity to get back on their feet and they will go to great lengths to do so.

Bernie Sanders is one of those people.

For roughly seventeen years, Sanders lived in small town Vermont before he entered politics. Despite being a presidential candidate, there has been no mainstream media coverage or questions about this time in Sanders' life. Whatlittle we do know paints the picture of a man who struggled to determine just how to enact his version of what he saw as a need "political revolution" in this country. While working on that aspiration, Sanders had to pay the bills so he engaged in a variety of jobs such as a teacher, hospital aid, nonprofit worker, carpenter, and freelance writer. He was married and then divorced two years later. He then had a son out of wedlock and shared custody with the child's mother. His friends recalled that he lived in squalor and often had no electricity as he struggled to pay his bills. Some of them remarked that they actually didn't know what Sanders did to earn a living at various points of his life. It was not until he was elected mayor of Burlington in 1981 where Sanders earned his first significant yearly paycheck of $33,100 a year.

From that point forward, Bernie Sanders finally had money. His paychecks increased significantly once he was elected to the House of Representatives in 1990 and the Senate in 2007. Yet, currently Sanders' net worth is listed as only $528,014. He doesn't own stock, he has anywhere between $25,000-$65,000 of credit card debt to his name, and his assets are all listed in his wife, Jane's name. Add to that the fact that Sanders has only released his tax returns for asingle year and the fact that his wife Jane received $200,000 a year as president of Burlington College and one can see that Sanders has a lot more wealth than he is letting on. In fact, political consultant James O'Brien has made a convincing case that Sanders may very well be a millionaire himself. Should that be the case, it would explain why Sanders keeps his financial assets in his wife's name and hasn't released his tax forms from years he wasn't running for president a la Mitt Romney. How would his legions of followers feel knowing that the man railing against the millionaires and billionaires is a millionaire himself?

The problem with Sanders is that this campaign has been the first time in his life that he has had access of millions of dollars and already we've seen the kind of problems this influx of cash can create. Despite raising more than $42 million in February, the campaign has been subject to two separate letters from the FECin which the campaign received 665 potentially illegal foreign donations as well as over 3,500 donations that exceeded the maximum legal amount. Among those who over gave was none other than political commentator Bill Maher, someone who theoretically should be aware of election law. In addition, Sanders also received a mysterious $10 million contribution from Washington, D.C. which must legally be disclosed should any individual contributor donate more than $200. Even if this mystery contribution is made up of small donors giving $35 each that would require nearly 300,000 donations or roughly half the population of Washington, D.C. Something just isn't right.

Not only is the money coming in questionable, but the next issue becomes what that money is used for. According to the March FEC disbursement by Bernie 2016, the money raised is going to a variety of sources, both people and organizations. Most of it goes to sources like travel, hotels, food, communications, research, and promotion but a large part of it goes to campaign staff. Throughout Sanders' campaign, he has been adamant about his distrust and distaste for the political "establishment" of Washington, D.C. Yet his chief political strategist is a man by the name of Tad Devine who worked on Sanders' 1996 congressional campaign as well as his 2006 senatorial campaign. Devine has been a lifelong Washington insider having worked for a law firm that previously represented Monsanto as well has having worked on national Democratic campaigns for Michael Dukakis, Al Gore, and John Kerry. While Sanders' campaign manager Jeff Weaver netted a cool $9,900 for his efforts for the month, Devine earned a whopping $810,000 for his consulting firm Devine, Mulvey, and Longabaugh Inc. For those keeping score at home that's 30,000 $27 donations sent to Bernie to help defeat the millions and billionaires of the establishment in Washington, D.C.

But that was always the intent, we were simply too blind to see it.

Because Bernie Sanders' brand of socialism has always been to take away the wealth from those at the top. Having lived in squalor for all those years, Sanders never saw himself as part of that group even though now he very well could be a millionaire. Sanders saw a rich, elite class in this country that used whatever loopholes necessary to both keep and grow their wealth while he struggled with a series of professions while trying to figure how to make a career out of his political ideology. Like all of us, Sanders wanted to be wealthy and he found it grossly unfair that those at the top could maintain their wealthy lifestyle while those at the bottom such as himself had next to nothing. It was not until Sanders started making money himself that he choose to be a career politician where he could both make money and rail against those in power in this country.

So in April of 2015, after having served for 25 years in Congress Sanders chose to align himself with the Democratic Party to gain media exposure and resources. He knew people wouldn't give significant amounts of money to a third party candidate so he usurped his position into a political party that would provide these for him. This decision has allowed Sanders both name recognition as well as the ability to raise money for his friends like Tad Devine. He has sold the idea of a "political revolution" to millions of people and has convinced them to donate to his campaign. Already he has spent $81 million including having outspent Hillary Clinton in multiple states. However his campaign is losing and losing badly, proving the ironic fact that a campaign doesn't have to spend the most money to get people excited and involved. Yet, even as the campaign is losing and heading for an inevitable defeat, Sanders is continuing to raise funds in an effort to convince his legion of supporters that victory is still possible even though he is not raising any money for down-ballot Democratic candidates that would actually be the ones to actually put his political "revolution" in place.

For Bernie Sanders supporters, the concept of socialism was about taking money away from those at the top and redistributing it to those in need. Yet Bernie Sanders has done exactly the opposite: he has taken money from those at the bottom and redistributed it to those at the top, including himself and his closest friends. Sanders may not be legally able to keep most of the money he has raised from the campaign but that doesn't matter. What matters is that when all is said and done Sanders will have made a name for himself and will have created a marketable persona, one that people will pay to see and be exposed to. He'll be able to confirm he is, in fact, a millionaire. Heck, after he retires from office he may even go on a paid speaking tour, a la Hillary Clinton. Whatever he ends up doing, Sanders will do so knowing that in roughly 18 months, he will have stolen over $100 million from millions of Americans who were convinced that he was an honest politician simply because he told us he was.

And he'll do it laughing all the way to the bank.

Just like Hillary going out of context to smear Bernie, her supporters have gone out of their way to write up crazy conspiracy theories. Hillary being the candidate to support the status quo, and all the negative corrupt ways it has relied on to survive, all the media are bundled up to support her and to dismiss Bernie. So there are over 95% more coverage of Hillary than Bernie in the corporate establishment media and they have invested in pseudo websites to proliferate their false narratives.

Clinton's campaign is getting desperate specially after seeing about 300 people show up for her Wisconsin rally while over 6000 people showed up for Bernie's rally there. She does not have anything different to sell except the fear of terrorists and how she will invade more and more muslim countries to support her military industries from which she has benefited a lot of funding. As many people have seen clearly she has been copying Bernie's rhetorics so much that even SNL made fun of her.

As far as Super PAC's go people are missing a big point. Any independent group can potentially form a Super PAC. Hillary has sanctioned many Super PACs that support her with hundreds of million dollars, while Bernie has not even sanctioned one Super PAC. And therein lies the big truth that Hillary supporters are unable to fathom.

I will give you an example to clarify this issue in case you still don't get it. I want to make sure you understand this difference. Let's say you are a celebrity and there are groups of people who claim that you are their personal friend. People do that all the time. But the key thing is - unless you confirm that they are your friends, noone will believe them.

In the same way, people can form as many Super PACs they want to try to help Bernie. It's their rights. But until Bernie has sanctioned them, you cannot say it's Bernie's Super PAC. This is in stark difference to Hillary who has sanctioned multiple Super PACs which are bringing her millions.

I hope you understand now.

Here are two links which will help you understand the issue of Nurses / Super PAC better.

So, when bernie camp blames Hillary out of whim, it's all truth. But when Hillary has her facts straightened up, then it is BS?

She's the most honest 2016 candidates ever.
http://www.dailynewsbin.com/news/fact-checkers-confirm-hillary-clinton-is-more-honest-than-any-of-her-2016-opponents/24196/ And something about Sanders, now I know why all his followers are hillary bashers and anti-democrats.

Party affiliation since 2015

In November 2015, Sanders announced that he would be a Democrat from then on, and will run in any future elections as a Democrat.[177][178][179] On February 4, 2016, Sanders said, "Of course I am a Democrat and running for the Democratic nomination."[180] In 2016, many additional sources, such as PBS,[181] The Wall Street Journal,[182] and CBS News[183] described Sanders as a Democrat.

The United States Senate website includes pages that refer to Sanders as an Independent[184] as well as pages that refer to him as a Democrat. Some of the pages calling him a Democrat are dated before 2015, possibly in error or in reference to his caucusing with the Democrats, not his later-declared affiliation.[185] In 2016, his official Senate press releases still referred to him as an Independent,[186][187] or omitted party affiliation.[188]

Your accusations about super pacs have been proved wrong again. People bash hillary because of her lies and corruption. No other reason needed. It seems like you are brainwashed into a two party rhetorics. Lot of people are smart enough to realize that both the rnc and dnc are influenced by corporations and wall street so people are waking up to see how unfair dnc has been in suppressing Bernie's campaign.

It doesnt really take rocket science to understand this but it seems like you are having a tough time understanding the obvious :)

So what kind of authenticity or reliability are you talking about GT bro? The link I shared is in pretty reputable daily magazine. I don't need to research much as bernies are doing on Google. Btw, I've written debunk articles in the past. I bet you, the link I shared is not fake.

"Why Bernie's Gun Record Could Hurt Him in New York

Bernie has sided with the National Rifle Association (NRA) on important votes in the past 20 years, including support for the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).

The parents of a first-grader killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School recently penned an op-ed in The Washington Post to call out Sanders for his comments. Mark and Jackie Barden, whose son was one of the 20 first-graders killed at the school, are among the 10 families currently suing the manufacturer, distributor and seller of the Bushmaster AR-15 rifle the gunman used to carry out the massacre. A judge currently is deciding whether the lawsuit will move forward, or if PLCAA negates the plaintiffs’ argument. In their letter, the Bardens argue the legal case specifically concerns the AR-15, not every kind of firearm, and how the companies entrusted a military weapon to civilians.

Sanders also voted against the Brady Bill, which requires background checks on firearms purchases.

A glance at her list of supporters indicates that Clinton is viewed as the stronger candidate in the anti-gun movement. She is supported by prominent New Yorkers, including Schumer, Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio, who are strong advocates for gun-control prevention. The former secretary of state also has earned endorsements from other national gun-control activists, including the Brady campaign and former U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head in a 2011 incident outside of a supermarket in Tucson, Arizona. Other Clinton supporters from the movement include the mothers of the late Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis. Both victims were killed four years ago in Florida police-related shootings.
