Yeah, it is really nice to have a company , and pets specially dogs are really good. But plan carefully before you bring him/her home. If you are travelling a lot then better drop the idea. Here, we need to keep a different passport for them. It's a pain when you travel with them because they are kept separately specially if you are travelling by air, and often we need to compromise on many things coz of them, otherwise it is okay. But at the end of the day you have someone by your side, loyal and faithful, and always waiting for you. I can suggest you few breeds which may suit your lifestyle. Lemme know if you are interested.

Sndy, you should keep one too. Kids, they just love them. I can help you in picking up the rite breed.

Cleo - You hit it right on: my lifestyle wont allow a doggy. I sometimes feel I have a hard time taking care of myself as it is ha ha ha

But while we are on the subject what are some of your favorite breeds? Labs and Spaniels have been my all time favorites. But I have been around both breeds for a long time and might consider something else should I adopt one in the future.

She is actually a cross breed. They did some quick crossing I guess. I think her papa belongs to some famous french breed like Briard(Napolean dog ), but her mamma must be from Toy Spaniel family I guess. Not sure, though. But she has inherited the best of both.

Our very own lootekukur..:D.. He is one unique breed. Even Canine Queen Cleopatra is having hard time to tame him. Simply impossible to domesticate this wild breed. :P
