This is a request/advice to the owners/workers/relatives of NIRVANA Company.

My here is my story: Last month this nice girl called me by my name, called me Dijju..called my husband by my name and called him dai and tried to sell us cards. We were thrilled that they called us and that there is a company in Nepal that sells cards and also uses telemarketers. However, we told them that we rarely call these days as there are other mediums of staying in touch. That was then...This is now....
They call us at all odd hours, they call consistently, apparently they have no clue that we had been called that very morning and had been told that we use other methods of getting in touch with our in-laws, parents, brothers and sisters, so they call us again (different people times hours) This constant harassment has been going on every day with us politely turning them down. But it has got to stop!!!!!!!! They call in the wee hours of the morning now after we turned them down.
Does this happen to anybody else?
They even got a hold of my cell phone and there were 8 missed calls in the span of 15 mins. Does that give an idea to the sajha folks??
This morning they called at 3 a.m. and that is after wishing them the best in their endevors!!

Suna,

I am having the same frustrating experience with this dam company...NIRVANA TEL. Like you said they call in the odd hours and they are very relational tending to establish a business by calling dai, dijju and all. One girl from Nirvana practically begged me to buy the cards from her after I explained to her that I have other alternatives to be in touch with folks back home. If I want to make some charitable contributions, I rather make my contributions to some meaningful non- profit organizations, why should I do that to Nirvana Tel.

Malvika,

which Bank you work for, that pays you so much money that you pay more taxes than a fellow Nepali who is busting his butt working 10-12 hours a day. Come on be realistic, and quit boasting, I know Bankers are very under paid. How do I know? I worked as a consultant implementing the Software projects for many banks. One thing for sure though, you might have a very attractive title. Having a title, such as President, Vice President or AVP does not mean significantly at the banking center. A branch manager who makes 35000 a year could have a title of Vice president or a head teller making $ 12.00 an hour could be an AVP. I think you are spellbound by your title rather than the amount of money you make.

I have received one too many calls from Nirvana Tel as well. I have requested them multiple times to take me off their list but to no avail. These guys have absolutely no business ethics. Today, I got yet another call. I hung up on these guys and they called me right back. I absolutely jumped on this idiot and then hung up. Hopefully, this will stop all the calls.
