Yeah, unfortunately it turned out to be special kind of rice. It looked really slimmy and tall when I bought it but last time when I cooked it , it became so big and fatty. :(

LOL Cleo. Honestly, I was trying to be nice Anyways, out of curiosity, where do you shop for rice there? Are there particular stores for it? Here, you can pick it up at the regular grocery stores but they are not of the type many people like so you find yourself going to Indian or Chinese grocers for Basmati and Jasmine rice. Which reminds me, I got to go get some Tilda Basmati this weekend

I picked that up from ordinary store. They look similar. And, it was cheaper too. But now I know the difference.
Last time, I went for Indian Stores/ Restaurants haunt and ended up in those scary alleys. I used to eat Basmati Rice from India, the one which has TajMahal's picture on the cover..
