Dear colleagues in Ameriacas,
Since King has imposed emergency and the protest is unlikely to happen even in future, we need to send signals to the King that we love democracy more than you. Therefore, I would like to ask your solidarity for DEMOCRACY IN NEPAL and protest against the King in the event of ANA Convention 2005 which is not that far down the road.

Those of you, if you have anything already in mind in terms of getting organized for protest please let us know.

in your opinion what would have been the better deal beside what just happened?? Would you let SHERE be the PM till we find the solution to the crisis?? officially 11000 lives have alreay lost in this battle for power, would you still wanna let more innocent ppl die?? it's nice to see so many of us are concerned about the situation of our country. It is definetly true that we love our country, and want it to be peaceful. When we talk of a peaceful country, we dont want to live peacefully like sheeps. we have our thoughts and we should be able to express that. We should be able to take confontrations that is what Bill Gates does. It is not that someone of different opinion must be crushed.

It is not about protesting or supporting a King. What we all should focus on is the way things has happened. A person gives a speech and everything closes down. It is not just about the recent developments, but go back to democracy as well. Prachanda, girija or makune calls a strike and the whole country is closed. This not the way we want to go. we should not be living as "BHEDAS". we want to live in a country where a person does not have the absolute right but in a country where each idea is respected.This is were we lacked and are still lacking.
The scared thing about the current development is there will be hundreds of nepali who will be disappeared, and there wont be any inquiry like the royal massacre of jesth 21. Lets go back and see how the royal massacre happened, and what was the outcome. One person was convicted(if that's true) for the killing of 10 to 12 people.We should all be aware not to encourage someone who does that.

If you think our king wanted to make nepal a peaceful country then why did not he let the country go for "Constitutional assembly" which maoist wanted. Why, do you think, he not let Sher Bahadur Deuba go for election. This is second time Sher bahadur wanted to hold election and he was sacked. See the point king doesnot want nepalese to go for election. Election's outcome would not be in his favour.
During King Birendra's rule, why do you think, he worked out with prachanda and baburam to start civil war in nepal. Why do you think there were INDIA's BLACK CAT CoMMANDOS during the royal massacre?
This is all a part of gyanendra's plan to destablize the country and take over the country.
we should all be aware not encouraging a person who became king in 2003 B.S( not sure with the exact date but around 2003) with the help of Ranas and then in 2001AD with the help of covered drama and now he has gained the supreme power, reasoning Maoist problem.
That is just not right and whatever he is doing is not for us,but to kill thousands of nepali who protest against the Monarch. So that he can rule the country Nepal as his private property for another decades or so.
