@mero_naam_ho, I forgot to answer one of the YES/NO question when filling out i821 form. RFE was for that and just had to answer that missing question and submit them back again

Guys i need help on tps problem

when i went to biometric on 1st October office they given application form and there i have to write my receipt number .. in my I 821 there was 2 receipt number like LIN1*********1-LIN1*********2 but i have only written the last one LIN1*******2 did not received the first .it will make any problem ? what can i do?

today i checked my status with both receipt number and it says like this

is this all normal or there is any problem as one status changed which i have written on that for and other not change which i did not wrote on the form.

I know this question might have been answered quite a bit, but I just received my i821 approval notice with the following information on it:

"While you are under Temporary Protected Status, you:
(3) will be considered as being in, and maintaining, lawful status as a nonimigrant for purposes of adjustment of status under section 245 of the Act and for change of status under section 248 of the Act;..."

Now, my Extended OPT expires in November 2015 and my Labor certification for GC is in progress. Do I still have to go to school and maintain my F1 status or can my status be changed from TPS?

@ToitJindagi : Did you mean you are not on H1B ? directly your company processing for GC from F-1 ?
Also since your TPS is approved, and have ead, you don't seemed to be going school to maintain status. you are all good. !

@Khanchababu: DAte is unknown in i-94.also in h1b i-94 there is no date. Whatever i have in my previous i-94 the same info is in h1b too.Only thing is status has changed..when i entered i was in f1 now i am in h1b.
