One more situation F1 along with TPS EAD Plus advance parole. Current employer is filing H1 lets see whether I will get picked up on lottery or not and future immigration hassles. If I didn't get picked up then I will just stick with TPS.

Apply for H1, the chances of you being selected in lottery is probably 20-25% this year. That will give you status and possibility of applying for a green card. TPS will not give you status later on.

Thanks Maxpayne. Saw data in labor department, last year people with TPS gets PERM Certified too. I am about to travel next week but found information from one attorney in Aavo Who mention that student could lose its F1 status if travel back to USA with TPS advance parole. Na nilnu na okalnu hune awastha dekhe maile ta.
