is birth certificate from our ward no(vdc), is still valid for uscis because i heard they dont accept from our ward any more.

You heard wrong. They don’t accept birth certificate which are made recently for like 30 year old person and they’ll ask for secondary evidences of birth.

The Nepalese government has new format with both english and nepali type face, you can get it made and is accepted by USCIS. Here is a sample http://gulariyamun.gov.np/sites/gulariyamun.gov.np/files/vital%20registration%20english.pdf

@maxpayne, I did the same and USCIS didn't accept mine. I had to provide three secondary evidence.

The three secondary docs that I submitted are as follows:- 1. Notarized affidavit from parents. 2. Notarized affidavit from uncle. 3. Letter from my high school. All three letters indicated my DOB, place of birth and parents' name. USCIS accepted these docs and approved my GC three months ago.
