If you were present during the initial earthquake tps declaration then you are eligible. Hite a lawyer though if you had it declined last time.

Maxpayne is absolutely right. But I don’t think u need to hire a lawyer . Simply, explain them for not filing tps earlier in short. Tell them u were in different status before. Do not forget to send them your bills anything like city light, phone bill any thing .... Best of luck 👍
