Dear Respectable Sajhaiites,

I have been reading lot in Sajha and found some of you are really qualified and have good ideas.

I am asking the esteemed Sajha intellectuals some very basic questions
that we have been asking time and again about the government officers, politicians and their corruptions.

Few questions to be answered in Nepalese context?

1. How would you run a political party without being corrupt in Nepalese context? Suggest a practical model of a uncorrupt democratic party.

2. How would you sustain/retain your followers without being corrput ? How will you generate resources for them ?

3. How would you generate money to fight for elections without being corrupt ? (60-70 lakhs at least)

4. How are you going to treat people who support you (as a politician) financially, yet not support their special interest ?

5. How are you going to build house/ houses with the stipend / wage alone ? (25 k per annum say)

6. How are you going to educate your kids in schools and colleges and professional colleges, say if they can not really compete and average student who do not qualify for any scholarship without abusing your power or connections ?

7. How are you going to meet the needs of family, social circles etc etc?

8. Can you be a part of clean government or a politician or even run clean and transparent political party ??????

May be we will be able to suggest a model political party based on your answers and ideas.

Easier said than done. I know dude there will be tons of wannabe politicians who might reply to your thread but the thing is as I already said its easier said than done.
Running a country is not like sitting in front of a computer and blasting off your keyboard. You have to be a part of the system which is profane and disgusting as it is right now. However, I respect your sentiments and utter interest to do something for the country. I am very much optimistic with the latest development going on in Nepal and am looking forward to see peace prevailing in Republic Nepal.

Thanks.

Were my questions stupid ?

But I know for sure, no one has cure for the corruption in the society.
