Finding a Steel plate is not a big deal in New Jersey. New Jersey is full of indians and indian stores are everywhere where you can find those plates. Once I went for lunch in south indian restaurant with my colleagues where they serve everything in steel utensils. There are so many indians that sometimes you think you are in india... stinks

OK. now only i figured out that the place is Nepal: I missed to notice that there is a signed-board reading that ".......Shiva Mandir, Bhet-Patra,....." etc. in Nepali, and some boards with name of donors can also be seen. so over there in NJ, so many Indians? here are a few and they don't visibly practice their traditions.
