As there is lot of discussion going on regarding how Nepal should move forward, I think the most free and fair way of moving this country forward is by the following:-
-> Redistribution of voters per candidate (e.g., every 1 lakh population votes 1 representative)
-> Election to the Constituent Assembly by the people (e.g., around 250 members)
-> Elected Constituent Assembly draft new constitution with various options such as democratic republic or ceremonial monarchy or people's republic and let the people choose by means of general referendum
->Adoption of provisions on the constitution that follows the people's choice
-> Election as per the new costitution
-> New Government takeover
