I am looking for link for correct pronounciation cite for Shiva shastra Naam (Shiva's 1000 names as recited by Lord Bishnu). I have the Sanskrit text but I don't know how to read it though ( reading sanskrit is NOT same as reading with correct pronounciation). If you know where this can be found, I will appreciate it
reading and understanding is two different things. i can read spanish but cannot understand much. i can read both nepali and sanskrit but i understand nepali not sanskrit
I remember seeing a beautiful shiv-bhajan sung by Ram in the Ramand Sagar epic "Ramayan". Here is my recollection of the song's lyrics. Pardon me if I miquoted anything ...
Damaru pani shool pani hei natarajan namoh namoh Sheesh ganga bhasma anga karke dharan namoh namoh
Tum aadi-dev anaadi ho, tum anta-heen anant ho Shrimant ho bhagawant ho, hei nath girija kant ho Shashi narath tana viraath, hei trilochan namoh namoh
Nis-sar is sansar mein, shiv naam kewal saar hai Shiv shakti hai, shiv bhakti hai, shiv mukti ka aadhaar hai Rom rom Om Om, hei adhnashan namoh namoh
