Does anyone have idea what are genuine H1B processing companies, through with H1B processing can be effective and easier as well.

I have provided all my documents to one Indian firm for H1B processing but not aware of its credibility. Also is it fine to apply H1B through one company and just sit back? Or it can be effective to apply through multiple companies?

As long as that company is doing that kind of business it is fine. In KTM also there is one nepali company(Actual H1B issuing company is US Company, nepali company is mediator for Nepal) which sent 6 people in H1B visa last year. They are calling for resume for this year also but their service charge is too much(?).

They are charging total of $8000/- plus NRs:15,000/- per pserson (non-refundable)

Isn't that too much ?

So far if you get good service, I think this much is ok.

Also it is important what they expext after they process. Do they want contineous percent of your earning for certain no. of years.

why should u be paying for H1???
well, if you think about it; u r getting sponcered coz the co. needs you .. not u needing to come to us.
Companies sponcer H1 so that they can have you in US and make $$. Paying $ for H1 is not accetable..
i heard in nepal these days students goes to these agencies to get admissions in US colleges...
which is complete waste of money!

ya true students in Nepal pay agencies for admission in college.

Also regarding H1B processing, the indian company who is processing my H1B has asked me to provide certain percentage of my earning for certain period of time.

Can you suggest good company who hire professionls for them directly rather than from agencies?
