and is it true that nearly employer seeks work permit?

i don't understand the thing you see. when i was in other parts of usa it was easy to get job by using SSN and driver's license. so how come work permit is needed in dmv?
also what type of work is nepali student doing in dmv region?
and how they got the job without work permit?

try to find places owned my indians or pakistanis, they wont ask for permit, elsewhere, they all want the got damn permit....
