Irrespective of the fact that he/she may be a product of Fudan Univerity/Peking University or any universities of China, only few credit hours can be transferred. Rest all courses the student has to anticipate as per the fate taking courses. Gracias!

If you already are a student at the top university in China, wouldn't it be better for you to come for graduate degree in USA, rather than undergraduate degree here? Of course, if you are coming to a good undergraduate university here, then it is another story. I don't know how it is in china, but undergraduate study in USA is not that easy, if you don't have assistantship. I would rather go to India or China or another university, finish BS at the top of the class, and move to USA for graduate degree. Most of the Nepali professors I have met/heard of in USA don't have undergraduate degree from USA. Of course, if you really hate china, and really want to come to USA whatever it might entail, you should do whatever pleases you:)

pire et. al. Conditions: 1 . not necessary. Russels Paradox: 2. if a student can compete in china eg, Tshingua University /korea eg, Seoul University/india IIT or NITs then forget USA eg, Pasadena/UK eg, York/JAPAN eg, Kyoto or Tokyo University. If any concern/comments then ask ur university pandit at ur local place. Grazie!!!

visa should be from NEPAL. It is hard to get visa from India or China, let's face it. The americans favor Nepal overwhelmingly. This is one thing for which all nepali can be proud of being a Nepali! This is a benefit of carrying a Nepali passport. That's why I don't like those jerks who oppose USA everyday in Nepal. most of them have their kids here anyway except baburam bhattaraiko daughter, I guess.

R4RUPACE Madam: If you know everything about U-NY then your question is futile. Pls always go with reason. Kathmandu would be easy but again -- AGAIN go with reason. They can fire or welcome you. Be careful!!! Hope this make some sense. Best Wishes to all.

The answer is YES. Even if you are studying in Nepal in four years engineering college, you can transfer your credits here in usa. You have to evaluate those credits you earn back in china/nepal to us system. if your grades are in letter system, then its even easier. The bottomline is You can. In most of the cases, if you have earn less than 60 credits, you can transfer all credits as most of the engineerng courses are similar.
