Well reason 'I Believe' that Yadav resigned is that his homebase in Terai is in lots of turmoil. He has been loosing ground in Terai within his party, these Jwala singhs and Goits were no one infront of him earlier. But they have started killing everyone so to get everything under control he could not provide time.

Above all he was so tied up and frustrated with way things were going in KTM. All these party Politics and Sandalwood smuggling, Sujata's issues. Now since he could put a halt to the sandalwood route, now its time just to clash with congress, which has not been very productive. So Instead he would obviously choose to focus on his stronghold, which is Terai. Maoist are loosing ground in Terai, Yadav was one of the prominent figures in the Terai support for Maoists. So he realized he would be needed in Terai rather than baffle in the Capital.

Yadav is one of the strong Cards of Maoists in Terai so they might as well play him where he is needed the most. The Goit and Jwalla guys have created so much terror that if Yadav could solve them or shoot them, maoists will become heroes in Terai. Maoists know that so they are gonna send him back to Terai to solve the issue. Maoists are gonna capitalize on this.

In fact maoist are playing double role here. At one hand they are themselve creating problem to stop or fail the election as Rahulbhai said. At other hand they are talking of fresh protest if Govn doesn't conduct the election in Nov because they want to show India they are forcing govertnment for the election. They should know they are fooling themselve, but I don't understand why they are doing so.

Nobody wants election . why blame GP alone, Maoists does not want election at any cost. Beating CDO , disrupting VDC's are all prelude to the carnage they will be performing .......
CHALKHEL of foreign countries is shifting positions....China is seen very close to maoists these days to counter India's position with the Madeshi factions........
