Tell your sister to ask for help from International student department or some authorized person from the college. They will arrange to pick her up. Same thing happen to my sis when she was landing middle of the night and she knew noone there.. I told her to do the same before she left Nepal . She asked for help from college and everything was okay. I hope everything will be okay. Wish her happy journey!!
