THERE ARE MORE THEN 3OO FREE TELEPHONE BOOTHS THAT ARE OPENED BY THE CHIEF MINISTER AT STATE EXPENSE & ARE BEING USED TO VOTE FOR HIM FREE OF COST BUT NEPALESE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME NEAR THESE BOOTHS. IS THIS TO BE CALLED PEACE AND HARMONY? WHERE HAS DEMOCRACY DISAPPEARED FROM THAT STAE THOUGH IT IS PART OF INDIA? I SAW DR. IN FRONT OF THE CHIEF MINISTER’S NAME AND THOUGHT IT STOOD FOR DOCTOR BUT SEEING HIS ACT AND HIS FACE IT MUST STAND FOR DRACULA INSTEAD OF DOCTOR. HIS PARTY MEN AND WORKERS HAVE THEARTENED THE MINORITY COMMUNITY TO TAKE AWAY THEIR JOBS AND EVEN CHASE THEM OUT OF THE STATE IF HE DOES NOT WIN. MR. DRACULA C. MINISTER IS THIS PEACE, HARMONY AND DEMOCRACY FOR YOU? TRY TO LEARN FROM WEST BENGAL AND ACT DECENTLY.

You guys should be equally blamed for such mishap who gave the race and ethnic color to a simple talent competition.

A bunch of fuggin nobodies competing for a shit azz karaoke competition and we have friggin racists (both Nepalis and the Indians from Meghalaya) making it an all out war. Hell, there are A LOT of Nepalis living in and around Shilliong and god only knows what they must be going through. Why? All because of a BS TV show which should've let these wannabe remain as wannabes. Rather than make it this easy, all the contestants should've knocked on every studio and applied for an audition like the good ol' days (may even have to sleep with the studio owners to get the job). Why should anyone even vote for any of these idiots on TV??

Hell, all these friggin Indian Idol dudes don't even have their original songs nor do they even play an instrument and we've all given them this rock-star status which they do not deserve at all! They're mere bathroom singers and I've always felt that they should've stayed that way. The whole Idol show/phenomenon sucks...No wonder I always flip the channel whenever American Idol came on TV (BTW, I've not even watched one episode of Indian idol at all...just read about them here on sajha). BTW, If you wanted to vote for Prashant, it was all good (vote on merit) but making this issue a racist / nationalistic thing is way demented...Look where we are today?? I sympathize with all my Nepali brethren in Meghalaya.
