I am sorry Sachi that I gave you this idea to add the thread ,so that i can tell more nepali people to find a good consulting company.
Hey guys I am working In Blue Cross Blue Shield through Sachis company and have good experience .Mailee socheeko thyee ki as most of the Nepali after graduation get confuse kaha janee kasaree job kojnee bhaneera so .Thought it will help all of them to find good company that really gives good job and all. Tara i was wrong.

Chanda_1, (if you're not Shachi) I really appreciate you clearifying the matter here.By any means, I'm not against the consultancy (i don't know those guys and this is the first time I heard about them). I had to open another thread just to let Shachi know that deleting others opinion (positive or negative), is not the solution.

No the thing was she got surprise,
Kina bhanee mailee bhaneena ki people will react that way and when she saw all this stuff she got confuse.Ma nepali nai ho and after my graduation i cam e to this company and found it not that bad.tyaibhayeera mailee sachi lai lekhna bhaneeko thye.

So how go they work. Coz most companies these days pays you 80/20 . Which is like $45 and above depending.

I mean $45/hr is this true . Coz i been thinking of doing this aswell. Since it's hard to get a job without an experience. S o once I graduate On dec I been thinking the same so plz give me yr suggestion and the names of good company and how they work.
