Hello Everyone, Has anyone been inside DOL website? Well, my question is. If a query comes out of DOL, will it be posted UNDER the STATUS (below) where it says, "In Process", or do I have to click on "Status" and the real status comes in a different page (say if there was a query sent). Thx,

Hey MN Nepali, It has been applied for 1/22/09, am I right? So, it will take at least 3-6 months to get confirmation nowadays or may it takes longer too. It will mention in the same page. Thanks

Thanks Everest2 So IN PROCESS" under "STATUS" will change into something like "Query sent for further CRAP" or "Approved" based on the condition right?

I believe it will remain "In Process" until is "Approved" or "Denied." They do not have any intermediate status (fore eg: if your case gets audited). Currently they are processing June 2008 cases. Go to trackitt.com or immigrationvoice.org for more info.

The log in is ONLY for employers and the attorney but I have seen some employers sharing the login with their employee. Your employer will have to create an account for you or give you the login info.
