Dear All, If i go to another company eligible for transfer H1B VISA, do they have to start all over again or does it carry on from how many years of H1B i have used at the first employer. Does the same logic apply for one who has his Green Card processed. My first employer has already filed for labor certification. Thanks

I am also in the same boat. I used my 2.5 yrs H1B & just got my H1b transfered to a new company . Sometime they will not change the expiration date on it & I think it depends on how much time you spent on the H1B.
