it is not the school that offers CPT....... they only approve, allow or deny your CPT . The only case they might offer you a CPT is if they need an employee for a position related to your field and considering you have applied for that position and got selected, you may apply for that work as a CPT towards your degree based upon the rules and regulations of school........ and i highly doubt if you are an international student, you won't be allowed for such positions, any other work in school such as librarian, office secretary, lab assistant, etc is considered as on-campus job and they dont' qualify for CPT
you said you are planning to move to Florida if any school offers CPT........ your question should be if any schools "ALLOW" CPT (most of them does, while others need you to study atleast a semester in their school, or else have to be in USA for a year)...... and for the school to ALLOW you CPT you need to have an offer letter. where do you get the offer letter?? you need to apply in different companies if you are lucky they might get one, usually summer internships are available in many companies......
bottomline: the schools don't offer CPT, and if you want to move to florida., search and apply for a job/internship in FL first
