Report facebook about the problem. They shoud have a policy to deny/block the person. If you are talking about email then unsubscribe or email to abuse@domain.com by just google whois with the domain name and you should get technical contact information. Here is the link: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp If it doesn;t help then ping domain.com and get the ip address and search for the abuse email contact ip information or ASN at below link: http://tools.whois.net/whoisbyip/ Regards

If somebody sends email to you in your hotmail or gmail or yahoo, you can track senders IP address and there are lots of website from where you can find the location of IP address. If IP address is of USA, you can extract the location but if its from Nepal, you can't find whether it's from Kathmandu or pokhara or something else. They recognize all IPs from Kathmandu. Let us know and be specific about your recieiving email domain so that we can provide you specific steps to extract IP address.

There is a free software ( i think its a trial for 14 days) called Email Tracker Pro. Download it and then you can use the source code of the email you received to track down its IP and Location.

Finding only the ip won;t help coz the ips points to some isp provider let;s say comcast/mercantile/bla bla ... and it;s almost impossible to trace particular home location coz they don;t allow you to give their personal information but they can be forced to take action or opt out the email address if you send abuse email to the tech support of the corresponding mail domain. If that doesn't help, every ip is associated with ASN, get the whois information on ARIN/APNIC[IP registry for America/Asia] and get the abuse email contact and directly email them. as i have already replied back how to trace domain or ip lookup via whois: Good Day!!!!
