i may be interested in it how much are we talking about here in term of money  i may be  want to make one site about old age people in nepal and like ways to help them things like that

 If you are making the website to raise fund for old people and to help them then i will do it for free. But if you are also going to make little profit out of it then i have to quote a price.

As a web designer, what's your first impression about this website http://www.pagenepal.com. This has been built using one of the free wordpress templates. I am debating the top menu (think it's too big), and a few other things like the bottom menu (I have seen a host of other pages use this template), what do you think?
Your thoughts on a cursory glance, not a whole lot of details (not that I would mind).

 For me, navigation looks little big. If you make it smaller it would look way more better than now.

The featured post banner need to be stretched to make it aligned with others and i would use image instead of text. 

If possible i would change the logo as well.

let's just get to the point how much are we talking about here i want to build a site for old age people in nepal not for making profit just for feeling some sort of making my self feel good  i don't know try to understand it . but ur not raja harischandra and i am not kichak duryodhan so quote the price and let's get it done with just to let u know i am poor guy though .

 $300-$500 for a 5 page website it depends on the content.
